Location is excellent for Paris and Disney via the RER which is very close. Excellent restaurants very close by, and a huge supermarket within walking distance.

Very clean and modern décor. It was great having two elevators instead of having to go up stairs. It was also very nice to have a shower with doors so that water did not spill all over the bathroom. There was plenty of free parking. A block away was a promenade with restaurants from many different cuisines and nationalities. At the end of the promenade and across the street was a grocery store. there is a shoe and handbag store adjoining the hotel and a clothing store just beyond that.

It was difficult to get a snack from the hotel. There was a dispensing machine but did not have a lot of products. I also wish we had had a small refrigerator in the room. It was not listed in the description. But still would have been very nice to have.,,

Except the last day, there was only lukewarm water in the shower, accompanied by temperature fluctuations.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights towards the end of May 2023 and wow, was it a terrible choice! The only pro is the location. It is very close to the Torcy station where you can take the train to either Paris or Disneyland. You are in Disneyland in less than 30 mins and the station itself is like 5 mins from the hotel. The hotel itself is in a shopping center so you also have quite a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Otherwise the hotel was terrible: dated look, super small room, quite dirty, noisy area and very poor breakfast choice. No vegetables, only a few slices of salami and such, some single wrapped cheese blocks, some usual butter and spread varieties, yogurt, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs and some breads. There’s also some fruits (about 3 pears and plums and I think I saw oranges the last day) and then some very not fresh croissant varieties, the kind that come frozen in bags and you just reheat. I complained about the lack of vegetables or any warm food or any vegetarian options and I was told initially that “there is bread”, followed by the gluten free bread. Then, I was told that there is soy milk too. I was literally shocked at this response and I did not insist on it anymore as it was obvious the girl did not actually comprehend why I was so annoyed. The coffee is terrible as well, I mean, it doesn't even taste like coffee but very watered down. On the first day we had breakfast a bit later than the other days so the coffee was a bit better than when we were earlier, so I think they literally did not have enough coffee available for all their guests. And on the second day we had to wait for a table to become available in the breakfast area (which is next to the reception), because they had a larger group that they had to sit together and they also did not have enough tables for all their guests. We did not wait long and they were apologetic and acted fast, but this should not even have been a problem in the first place. And we were not the only ones, several other people after us (and maybe even before?) had to wait as well, some quite some time. The room as mentioned was very tiny, so was the bathroom and the shower. But it was just dirty overall as well. Cannot understand why it is scored so well on hygiene. There was dust on the furniture, dirt on the floor, the shower had scum, the curtains and rails were broken.

Small room with a big, comfy bed. Nice rainshower and plenty hot water. Soft towels. Location is amazing! It is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland. Also the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Loved that the breakfast buffet had vegan options like different plant milks and soya yogurt! The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful, both in person and from the booking message platform!

The only minus points of our stay were the very dirty room window and the handheld showerhead that was full of calque.

The location was great. It was a quick 15 min train ride to Disneyland. It was decently comfortable for 2 people.

The wifi didn’t work so we had to use the mobile data throughout our stay. The kettle in our room didn’t work.

The Gentleman who did our check in was great. He was efficient and courteous.

I called the reception prior our arrival for some queries. The receptionist lady didn’t speak any English at all, she was talking to some other guests while I was trying to communicate with her and rudely hung up the phone on me. Upon our arrival for check in, she had an arrogant attitude and it looked that she is disturbed by our presence.

Staff very helpful and friendly . Housekeeping is the best of the best .
