Saubere moderne Zimmer

Wenig kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus, bezahlen bei Check-in war mir neu, ist aber wohl mittlerweile bei vielen so… Keine Kühlschränke im Zimmer, im Vergleich ein moderner aber dürftiger Fitnessraum

Sehr saubere moderne Einrichtung,nettes Personal, Für mich definitiv ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Großes geräumiges Hotel.

Leider war das Restaurant für mein Abendessen geschlossen.

Neues schönes Hotel, sehr ruhig

We booked two rooms for six people together. We received only two towels in each room, the smell of which made us fear that they were left over from the use of the previous guests and had not been replaced. There was toilet paper right at the end of its use, a centimeter was left. (Which also added to our concern, regarding the cleanliness of the room, and we wondered if the other things and the linens were clean). In the second room we booked (which also had only two towels as mentioned) there was a sock on the floor, left by the previous guests... At the reception we were offered that someone will come and clean the room, but no one came! The level of cleanliness is very important to us, so unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel

Location and friendliness of staff on reception, in particular the housekeeping team where excellent could not fault the service

Not a great fan of the breakfast definitely miss being able to make toast

I liked the personal and appearence of the hotel, it's location.

And there is no Electric kettle in the room.

Good location- close to the city center.

They use very strong perfume. Not sure where it comes from, probably the vent. In any case i had to open the windows for a few minutes every time I entered the room.

We had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. And breakfast had a good variety of food to offer. Staff was very friendly - also to the kids!

The room was quiet, the shower was hot. What more do I need. The location is directly across the street from our office building, so perfect for my business trip. I did not try the breakfast, so no feedback.

The box of tissues in the bathroom only had one tissue in it. After using it on the first day, the box remained empty the following two days.. Good thing there was toilet paper. :D The shower gel was also very close to empty, but just managed to get through my stay. It would be nice if these things were checked and restocked prior to a new guest checking in.

We have been many times in this hotel during last 5 years, during these 5 years, sauna was always out of order although there are photos on Booking.com. This time for the first time we visited the hotel as Scotty and Paul. Breakfast is disaster for the price, fireplace not working. But the most horrible thing - totally cold room, no heating in the bathroom, reception only told us to wait. I do not expect 30 degrees in the room, but this was horrible, it is not possible to stay there or sleep. One point is to save energy, but this was horrible experience. Modern rooms look nice but do not even have hanger to put jacket on.
