Die Lage war super zentral und die An- und Abreise war super einfach.

Die Wände und Fenster sind sehr hellhörig. Im Haus hört man zwar seltener jemand, jedoch das Nachtleben ist nicht zu überhören.

The location is perfect - it is in the city center, not far away from almost all sighseens and main station. The room is located in an old house, that gives vibes of Potsdam. All furniture was in good condition. The room itself and the bathroom were clean. The amazingly perfect beds - very quiet, not so hard, not so soft. Just as it shall be. Well, perhaps pillows might be a little bit harder (but really a little).

The flip side of the location - be prepared for some outside noise. Despite the good external noise isolation, early morning trams or tipsy youth might disturb one, if she is sensitive for harsh sounds. Although there is a mini-kitchen, it has no tee, sugar, and salt. That is a little bit uncomfortable, especially if you stay for one night and planned to take advantage of it.

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent.

Location was great.

VERY loud tram going past every 5-10min and people shouting in the street until the early hours of the morning. Very poor value for money. €100 per night for room only (no breakfast) even though facilities in the room were basic and rather old, no lift, no staff on site.

The location was good as v.close to shops including supermarkets, cafes and gifts etc. Trams, buses round the corner with train station a short walk. The accommodation was spacious although the double bed in the living room for me, adult children and baby presented a conundrum. We made it work. We enjoyed the space. Travel cot was provided and needed for safety as stairs are open. Kitchen well equipped with cooker although no microwave. Met the owner/manager so that instilled confidence and he happily provided a fan during recent heatwave. The area felt safe and great access to Berlin and Lakes. Also great to stay in a Dutch house in the Dutch quarter.

Not much to be honest. It was hot and with the windows open it was noisy. Take earplugs. It is at the top of the building which was tough some days, but hey my knees look ten years younger in a week😉. Well that and all the walking and swimming.

Very dark to black color towels and no information for a no-reception hotel.
