It was absolutely beautiful! It looks just like the pictures and it’s so calming and peaceful, you can hear the waves as you sleep! Perfect for beach walks too

We stayed for only two nights and wish it could’ve been longer. The townhouse was very clean. We missed David‘s message of when we were meeting him and he was very patient and flexible with us showing up at 3:45. Not realizing that he was going to still be there in person. It was helpful having him there to explain everything. The location of the townhouse was easy to get to, and Malibu is somewhat quiet, which was great for a nice relaxing getaway. The water, this time of year anyways, came right under the house, and it was gorgeous to wake up to every morning. David was responsive and accommodating! There were beach chairs, and plenty of towels.

This place is beautifully located, beautifully decorated. Just great. BUT it is not a true three bedroom. The "primary bedroom" which does look out to the ocean, is actually a loft wide open to living and kitchen area. Worked fine for us because we were two couples. A third couple would have had zero privacy. That's the only thing worth mentioning. All else was perfect.

The property was exactly as advertised. The host was very receptive, and quick to respond with communication for any questions that we had. The location is amazing. Out of the city, on the beach, and most attractions in LA are reachable within an hour. We would come back for sure!

It was a beautiful property with everything we needed, plus had additional touches in design and amenities that made us feel relaxed and right at home! Would highly recommend to anyone— for a family or friends trip, couples getaway. There’s nothing quite like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! David is a wonderful host and we’d absolutely stay again. The one thing I’ll mention for advice for toddler/parents— being a blackout topper for your pack and play— the building has tons of natural light which is incredible, but for toddler naps you’ll be glad you brought it!!

This was an amazing place to stay during our time in Malibu. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could've stayed longer. The location is incredible. We loved having coffee on the patio with the waves crashing right below us. It was beautiful and peaceful. We saw dolphins every morning. The rental unit was easy to find and the directions for check in were clear. The unit was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Can’t say enough good about this place and our host, David. Overall exceptional. My family wants to plan a return trip. Safe, clean, convenient…but the best part by far is being literally *on* the beach. Fell asleep to the sounds of waves….brilliant.

The property is in a great location in central Malibu, the views are spectacular...I mean spectacular, the unit had everything we needed and more. I also loved that each room had its own bathroom attached and a king bed. Lots of privacy if you're sharing it with other couples. The only bummer was that we couldn't have visitors but that was very clearly communicated from the beginning so it's not a complaint, just a pointer to manage expectations. David was incredibly responsive to every request we had. We would absolutely return again!

We got exactly what we were looking for from our stay at this home! Breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and total relaxation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was pretty much perfect! We stayed in the middle unit.The photos and descriptions are accurate. The views from the porch are amazing. The sounds of the ocean can’t be beat. David lives on property and was very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. He even had coffee and creamer! Others have mentioned that the place is a bit dated. The cabinets and showers are older, but everything is clean and functional. Plenty of closet space. It is well decorated. Furniture and beds are super comfortable. David has beach chairs and umbrellas for use which was an added bonus. We loved our stay at the beach house!

Just needed a quick weekend getaway and this was perfect! Location is quiet with the sounds of the waves! Love this place and will definitely stay here again!

We just returned from our Fall break vacation where we split our time between this property in Malibu and Universal Studios. Our time at this property was by far the highlight of our trip! The house location is amazing, the furnishings are comfortable and met all of our needs. My kids (ages 11, 9, and 7) were thrilled with the "hang out space" with the ping pong table. The view is spectacular and the beach is quiet. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming past one day which was so fun! The host is very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. If you are traveling to this area I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing property on Malibu Blvd is perfect location for strolling the beach. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing just beyond the deck. Peaceful and relaxing. No concerns. Would absolutely return.

Everything was great!! The view from the loving room, dining area, kitchen and balcony were spectacular. The view from the MBR was off the charts. I travel a lot and stay in the best hotels. The furnishings and decor were well done with a tasteful beach theme. The only disappointment was the common area which doesnt add anything to the visit, but it wasn't problematic for me.

This place is absolutely breathtaking! Everything about our stay was perfect. David is so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxing trip where you sleep to the sounds of the ocean this is the spot for you!

Super clean and great view from the condo. We really enjoyed the stay! Super nice and helpful host. Would definitely come back again.

We had a nice time in Malibu. We visited Pepperdine for a baseball tournament and the condo was less than 5 minutes away. It is close to a Whole Foods and Ralph’s as well as Starbucks. The community area was great for the kids and we played ping pong and cornhole. There were beach chairs and boogie boards that the kids used. The beds were great and very comfortable. David is very strict on the no guest policy. We had to sign off on it again the day we arrived. We never planned on having guests as we were on vacation but it seemed very serious. The view was amazing and the walks on the beach at sunset were spectacular. I would read all the reviews as they are very accurate. Lastly you won’t find anything like this in the area with the view and the amenities at the nightly rate.

The views are indescribable! Amazing experience and highly recommend.

The location is amazing for kids! The place is the perfect size too - fit us and our two kids comfortably. So amazing to be able to see the waves when you wake up. We hope to come back soon!

Great stop on our road trip, just a stairway away from the beach and plenty of space for the family!

I loved every minute of my stay. The location was close to many of the restaurants and attractions that I wanted to visit. The townhouse was spotless and inviting. I truly enjoyed being steps away from the beach. David was the perfect host! I can't wait to return.

It’s a beautiful place right on the beach. With a separate play area for kids and adults. Includes ping pong table,tossing game, and bar. Very clean and stocked place. We got to see dolphins. David was very helpful and responsive. Very peaceful quiet and relaxing. Will be back soon.

This unit is just perfect for friends or a family. Check in was simple and David went out of his way to help us during our stay. A wonderful host. Amazing sunset views and dolphins!

Lovely property located directly on the beach. Beautiful views of sunsets (and sunrises). Very comfortable living room which also overlooks ocean. We were in the middle unit and never heard/saw the neighbors on either side of us. We were so comfortable that we opted to stay in a couple of nights and have take out. Loft bedroom is still pretty private, with stunning view of the ocean thanks to floor to ceiling windows/sliders. Had a fun night playing ping pong in the shared rec room downstairs. Took a long walk on the beach -- just be sure to time it right as the ocean comes all the way up to the homes at high tide. Our group consisted of four siblings (ages 58-65), and we all loved it. Took several day trips- one to Hollywood/Griffith Observatory, one to Santa Monica and another to Santa Barbara. Very convenient -- 40 minutes or so to LAX. David is very easy to work with and especially accomodating. Made it all simple. Highly recommend!

Tad dated but that didn't bother us - really enjoyed the spot!
