Evertything. Large room , excellente large and comfortable bed, great location clean and very helpfull staff

booked it with a car park and was,nt told that a Toyota Landcruiser would not fit its only made to take cars i was told.

Beds broken damaged and also shower head dirty. Behind the unit was extremely dirty all Along the floor and the cable . Pretty disgusting and very disappointing

A bit outdated but i don't want to complain, it's a well-priced hotel for the location.

Was a bit noisy from the outside sporting grounds.

We really enjoyed our stay here and for the price we paid we were really happy. The bed was super big and comfortable which was a really nice surprise! I’d definitely recommend this place if your looking for a comfortable budget hotel.

close to everything perfect location

Mostly what I look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed, a hot and steady shower, and good coffee. The bed at El Faro was really excellent, I slept better there than at home. The shower was ok, it was difficult to arrange the curtain so as to avoid wetting the floor, but I guess that is an annoyance to the cleaning staff rather than us. Breakfast we found a little sub-par and we would advise eating it elsewhere. I would like to mention that the staff were uniformly excellent - friendly and helpful. There's no reason to expect people in a foreign country to speak good English, but they all did. Good people.

There was quite a bit of street noise late at night, foreign yobbos returning from night clubs rather than locals. I heard Irish accents but the worst were Dutch. There is of course nothing the hotel can do about this, and probably one suffers the same anywhere close to the beach, but it was a bloody nuisance.

I like the fact that it was close to everything, the restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and boutiques.

There was nothing to complain. Expect pancakes in their breakfast buffet.

The area was particularly good, in that there were many bars and restaurants close by.

Some noisy guests... who also were on holiday, so let's not make too much of it.

Absolutely the location, the cleaners were phenomenal and drink on arrival!

Some staff were just fantastic and others weren’t the best, so the inconsistency was a little frustrating. The property backed onto a school and was too loud.
