Everything was perfect, pet friendly, clean, can not be better in term of location, appartment with kitchen, big enough for a family, covered and secured parking for 15€. We will definitely come back here

The location was very good (would be excellent if skiing)….easy check in with very helpful staff.

Cleanliness was sufficient but not outstanding. The utensils etc were ‘just enough’ for very basic food preparation. I also thought that, at this time of year, €15 to park in an empty garage was excessive. Additionally, the pool and spa charge is too much if you just want a quick swim.

Extremely disappointed. When you pay almost 400€ for three nights I’m a 4* hotel you expect certain things… I think it was a 4* 50 years ago and they just kept it. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Very old blankets instead of clean duvet. Room super dirty - black socks after one hour Nothing to clean, even though it’s an apartment Where you’re supposed to cook (no soap, no sponge, NO BROOM!, nothing) We even had to request the pillow covers cause they were missing. Overall, good option if it would be advertised as 3* and it would cost half the price Also, BIG fail in 2022, no smart TV so no option to watch Netflix

Good location in La Molina, spacious apartment and very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

No airconditioning, during hot summer it was quite hot in the room, especially at night was not very pleasant.

The place was a bit dirty (dust) i'm an allergic person and i couldnt stop sneezing at night. Lack of instruments to clean the dishes The heating system didnt work so well in the lower floor. The dinning zone could be a little bigger

Toilet was a bit small but we didn't expect too much due to the price.

Good location, close to Pista Larga cable facilities. Grand garage with access to elevator and a lot of parking places. There are also ski lockers available in the garage. They clean and change towels every day.

The windows are not isolating too well when closed, One can feel the cold air drafting through the margins. Thank God, the radiators work fine. The view from the ground floor apartments is somehow "spoiled" by the grand terrace if front of the balconies. Surely, this gets much better from the upper floors.

no drying room for ski equipment - it is simply crazy that they don´t have it - had to try to dry the boots next to heaters in our room and pump up the heat to do it. the hotel overall is quite run down the room furniture looks like from the early 80´s, quite depressing only one elevator worked in Blocks B&C, for the duration of our stay - always people waiting

The hotel and staff were great. The location is excellent with an underground tunnel to reach the pistes in 5 minutes. The duplex was spacious,. clean and had a specular view of the mountains.

We had to reserve a time to use the spa facilities which is understandable with the current covid restriccions. However there were too many people during each turn to be able to use the facilities respecting the limitations.
