Wir waren im Nebengebäude, einige Stelle benötigen eine „Erfrischung“, ua.Duschabdichtung. Denn Wasser floss leicht in den Raum rein. Turn-down wurde manchmal vergessen

The Staff was really friendly and the View from the room was amazing.

The Pool in our Room (Natura) was dirty the whole entire time. The pool has a self-cleaning system in place (that runs 6 hours) but it doesn’t work. We called the front desk after seeing all the nasty stuff in there and let them know; soon after a technician came. We were told that the tiles were supposed to be like that (they don’t scrub the tiles ever, I guess) and that the debris/nasty stuff should be cleaned out by the self-cleaning system The Next Day… Okay, well that meant we couldn’t use the Pool because it was utterly disgusting. We waited until the next day to see the self-cleaning system at work… really it looks like it’s just maybe draining and refilling at the same time but the vacuum of the drain(if that’s what’s even happening) is too low, it doesn’t remove any of the debris. So after 6 hours of cleaning, there’s no change in how dirty this pool is. Really, when my poor Wife stepped through the pool, it looked like a horror scene that followed in her wake. I’m not going to guess what this nasty stuff was… Great views and awesome service… although the phone in the room has a very hard time connecting to the front desk… but ultimately what we wanted was to relax in the Pool in the room, but we couldn’t risk getting whatever is in the pool on us… or in us… It’s really too bad, I really wanted the last few days of our Honeymoon to be special and it came down to being an annoyance the kind of ruined our stay there. It could have been so much more. The Photo I have of the Pool is not the best quality, I also have video which I wish I could submit because the particles of grossness are just floating around and it’s just real bad.. don’t get this room just for the Pool like we did, just get a normal room with a nice room and you should be happy ;)

The room was too far from the main hotel

One of a kind hotel. The staff, amenities, location and architecture of the hotel is exceptional.

only a couple very small details which coming from a very observant person is great! These being: reception bathroom under the mirror had electrical wires showing. The TV in our sweet was outdated didn’t provide the option to Bluetooth which when getting ready or winding down from the day is frustrating.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views out to sea and lovely terrace and infinity pool.

Be aware - The rooms described on this website as "Deluxe double room with terrace and pool" which show a beautiful view out to sea are actually in a completely separate part of the hotel on the other side of the main road. They are fantastic and spacious rooms but the view we had was of two set of traffic lights and a road, and then the sea beyond that. The pool is also not heated and I doubt anyone would sit in it since the passing bus passengers would be staring right at you. Having said that, we may decide to choose the same room again since the actual room was fantastic. The way you access the room is also fine, there is a landscaped underpass under the road and it all looks lovely. We were however, surprised by the view and the picture of the view on this website is not accurate based on our experience.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. My view from room was exceptional. Beautifully decorated hotel.

I had 3 friends who didn't sleep and didn't enjoy the view from their rooms even though we booked months in advance to have a sea view and rooms together,

The view is outstanding, the breakfast excellent and our rooms were very good. I liked the main hotel room better than the extension room.

View from the breakfast terrace out to sea was fabulous. Dinner was excellent, particularly the seafood. Beds and pillows very comfortable and the bathrooms superb; with separate large walk in shower and free standing bath.

My roof was not sea facing (my choice) and the road to the front of the hotel is a busy, particularly with the doors open.

the breakfast was very mediocre… no fresh fruits and no fresh juices..

The hotel itself is beautiful.

I got food poisoning from the restaurant, our rooms air con didn’t work and we couldn’t open the door as we were facing a main road that was so noisy. Staff weren’t helpful when I was sick or when air con didn’t work but the manager was nice
