Was close to everything you needed, very clean and very friendly staff

Basically the Staff is helpful, location is very good, the apartment is well equipped - except for the heating, apartman was clean, apartman close to the restaurant, the shop and the 2nd entrance to the Plitvice Lakes.

When we arrived it was raining, and it rained all day and was cold, 6-7 degrees Celsius. There was only one air conditioner in the apartment, which was installed in one room and despite the fact that the heating was at maximum capacity, it did not really warm up the apartment and the bathroom was also very cold. We informed the staff of the need for heating, and we would have even paid a surcharge for this, but the owner suggested that we use the air conditioning. It wasn’t good to return to the apartment with wet clothes after a hiking to the Plitvice Lakes.

Nice quiet place. Great staff very helpfull and kind. Also nearby a restaurant, and small supermarket. Walk to the plitvice lakes entrance 2 very duable approx. 20 min.

breakfast selection is a bit limited. However, the coffee was so go though. The shower stall is tad small and no placeholder for shampoo.

Clean, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It was very close to the bus stop and you could walk to park entrance.

Nothing at all with the property. In Mikunje there was only one place to eat with limited menu..

best stay, we had such a nice time and the staff were so lovely . the nife lady gave us a lunch bag upon check out and the breakfast was awesome

Perfect location to the lakes. The place is immaculate. The real gem is the lady who works her, she couldn't do enough for us and she was truly amazing from the point of booking to leaving. Thank you for having us and being so welcoming.

It was perfect

The location is beuatiful and tranquil. The staff were welcoming and helpful, there ir a bistro across the street which offers good pizza at a reasonable prizce. good size of the bedrrom, comfortable beds and pillows.

Despite it is a 20 minutes walk from the accomodation to the lakes, when coming back is tiring as this Villa is located on a hill.

Too expensive breakfest. No equipment in room ( dishes, glasses) but you can ask staff and they will give you everything you want.

Fantastic location, a short walk into the Plitvice National park. The Villa itself is beautiful, the patio area is a fantastic place to relax and the restaurant across the road is wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable.

The Wifi was playing up, didn't seem to work in our bedroom.

Very noisy at 7am in the morning, think there was construction Broken air conditioning in one room, noisy throughout night and blowing hot air

Great 'quadruple room' = was 2 doubles plus bathroom with private entrance. Very good a/c and facilitites. Convenient location for exploring Plitvice Lakes. Good breakfast (extra charge). Staff very helpful, especially as we had a very late arrival.

Coud not get internet access via Wifi; just used 4G.

Location ( it’s possible to walk to the lakes and bus station it’s right in the corner) super nice staff, and super clean!

breakfast is overpriced to what they offer, but still good to have the option!
