Charming hotel. Spectacular location, with easy access to the best beach in the area, train station, old town and harbor. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the location. It was central to the whole of Ville Franche and the surrounds. The staff were lovely to us always. The view was exceptional, overlooking the harbour and beach. Great music playing too when we arrived. A very enjoyable time spent in the south of France.
I wish the room to be a little bigger.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, the location is perfect. Villefranche is a delightful weekend visit or base to look further afield or just to sit on its sandy beach. La Grignotierre is a great restaurant nearby.
The price is expensive for the hotel accommodation and facilities. For example the same breakfast is half the (eye watering) price at most of the waterfront cafes just outside. That said if the room price doesn’t make you stop in your tracks you’ll love it, just for the location.

The location is spectacular with an abundance of great restaurants and bars a short walk away.
The bedroom was small, the bathroom was dated with poor grouting and brown water from the bath tap. Breakfast was not included and there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. All of the aforementioned was better in all other hotels we stayed in on this trip. Highly disappointed.

The location of the hotel is magnificent! It overlooks the water on a quiet side street and the view is amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back and we will stay here again.

The location was lovely with all rooms with a sea view even classic rooms, the views watching the fisherman come and go with there catch, , the history of the hotel with all the famous visitors, the friendly staff and excellent service, the breakfast is one of the best and value for money and variety, access to a sauna was a bonus, the town has lovely old alley ways worth exploring day and night
The hotel is a little dated but in keeping with it;s surrounding a theme but all in good working order. No kettel tea or coffee facilities.

Stunning harbor, mountain, and Cap Ferrat views from our 2 rooftop balconies. Our room was a nautical theme and it was very comfortable and unique. The bathroom was spacious and had 2 basins, a shower, and dedicated tub.

Everything! The most beautiful place.. we adored our stay. Felt like we were on the set of a Poirot movie. So so magical ❤️

I found the location (Villefranche on the harbor) , idyllic and lively, lots of great restaurants and easy walking. Beach short walk, but do recommend water shoes for pebble protection. Easy to get in and out of Villefranche, leaving other visitor sites readily available.

Had a little trouble with toilet flushing, and remote control batteries, but these were easily remedied.

The location is incredible, the view is breathtaking and the rooms are very clean.
The hotel is dated and for the price I expected more.

The location front sea view and the staff are really great.
The place could use a good refresh. The 70ies hair dryer in the bathroom, the old carpet, etc. are out-dated.
