Location to venue only
Our air con had no cover and the filters were clogged. The pillows were too soft and only one each. It was a cold night and the bunks had thick dunars but the queen had a mere blanket. When I arrived there was no option for parking in the whole area due to an event. The venue did not communicate this nor that I needed to pre book. The staff member didn't try to help when I explained we needed parking she just offered a refund straight away leaving me without accomodation and parking. We had to park in the next suburb a 25 minute walk in pouring rain and two young children and luggage.The breakfast had already packed up by 9.30 and we only ate the remaining toast and was still charged the $10 for breakfast. No fire stairs accessible late at night so long wait to use lifts after the event.

When we checked into our room at 2:30pm it was filthy, there were towels and bed sheets everywhere aswell as rubbish in all of the bins. The staff moved us to another room but not without someone checking that the first room was actually a mess instead of taking my word for it.
I don’t believe it is worth close to $500 a night. For a budget ibis it’s pretty expensive.

Close to the station
Elevator was out of order, had to use fire stairs.
When elevator was working would wait 20-30 mins then get to another level and have to wait again because the doors would not close. Tried contacting reception no one answered.
Sheets had stains on them.

Great spot near the stadiums. Great budget, especially considering the location. had everything that I needed. Check in staff were super friendly.

The breakfast room had many tables stacked with others dirty dishes left without staff cleaning up. The benches were filthy in the breakfast room. The carpets throughout the hotel were disgusting. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, our bedding stained & room spelt disgusting.

Extremely small, goal cell small. Not good for families. Smelt because it has no fresh air. Pillows so worn and old,no stuffing left inside.
Won't ever return, it's for single backpackers.

Location is perfect when attending an event at Sydney Olympic Park.
We have stayed at at the establishment before so we knew the rooms are small and pokey but that didn’t worry us one bit. The location is amazing so we can live with a small room. However, We had mould on one of our blinds. Not just a little bit, a lot. However we only noticed when we came back from our concert and it was midnight. The sheets were very worn down in patches and the blankets had hair on them that was not ours. I told the manager on but nothing was done for compensation.

The room was fine. Was a bit small but it was only for one night and it was the world cup so our budget was tight.
We travelled with our 18 and 17 year old and the room was a bit small but that was our choice to do it this way.

The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were clean
It is really noisy. Lifts and people in corridors all hours of the night. Didn't get much sleep. Would have been better with shower cubicles instead of open rooms with curtain.

LOUD maintenance work done on an opposite door to my room at 10:30pm. Trying to sleep. No apology or explanation from staff.

Room was weird. The shower and vanity were very close the bed and the vanity was open to the bed. it wasn't so bad as it was just me however if I had someone with me you basically step out of the shower naked and into the room with very minimal privacy.

Location was excellent for attendance at AFL match which was our only reason for choosing this hotel.

It very dirty in our room. Dirty used Band-Aid and mould in the shower. The bunk bed wasn’t made. The linen wasn’t clean, hair and marks on sheets and towels. Marks up the walls. It wasn’t good value for money at $290 for the night. I would not stay there again.
