This is the perfect location…close to all the action but quiet and secluded. And Chuck and Larry are warm and communicative hosts! We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the amazing location and beautiful garden. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts gift a bottle of wine, which is always a nice touch. For the high price, though, there were some pain points. The place didn’t feel very clean when we checked in (floors were dirty underfoot, significant accumulated dust around, don’t look under furniture, etc). The fixtures and furniture are pretty worn. On humid days/nights the split-style A/C’s don’t cool the bedrooms very effectively and one of the bedroom ceiling fans is broken (or “ornamental” as a note on the wall warns). This wouldn’t be anything worth noting at a more modest price, but we did feel like we had to do some of our own cleaning before we could settle in for our week.

This was my second stay at this property and it couldn’t have been any better. Location is right on Commercial but even the patio area is incredibly quiet. I was able to get work done while outside, which if I have to do work while on vacation, isn’t such a bad way to do it. The hosts are very friendly and communicative, too. I’m hoping to book again when we can next make it out to Provincetown. Thanks for an incredible trip!

We loved staying here for Spooky Bear weekend. The location right on Commercial Street is amazing and the garden really is so lovely that many people stopped to comment on it. Also the beds were very comfy! I would absolutely rent this place again.

This large 3 bedroom home is in a great location. The distance from the center of town was perfect for walks to restaurants, galleries and shops. I've walked by the beautiful patio garden many times in the summer and it's just as beautiful in the fall.

Best patio to enjoy coffee and drink's. comfortable three bedroom.. we plan to make this our place every time we visit Provincetown.
Owners are responsive and kind and keep the place fully stocked with soap, paper products, and sheets/towels.
Rent this beautiful place, you will be glad you did!!

Perfectly situated in the West end within walking distance of jetty, restaurants and shops. Very quiet. Immaculate and extremely well stocked re: kitchen and bath. The host Larry was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Gorgeous little tropical garden in the courtyard. There’s not a ton of natural light but that was the only and very minimal downside. We loved it and have already reserved for next year!

Wow!!! This place was perfect for us. The rooms are all good sizes, beds were super comfy and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Honestly, our favorite part was the outdoor oasis! It’s mind blowing how beautiful it is out there. We had our coffee out there every morning and had dinner outside one night. Each morning people would stop to admire the garden, it’s THAT pretty.
The location is perfect…close enough to walk to everything that PTown has to offer yet just far enough to be able to wind down after a long day.
We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to PTown.

Thank you so much for the accommodations and all the help along the way. The property is beautiful and stocked with all the necessary, and extra, amenities. Walking distance to everything! We used the grill and outside dining every night.

The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. It’s in a great location, and the beautiful plants and flowers in the patio/garden area made for a nice private space for meals and conversation. We loved it! We would rent here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location is perfect. Just a stones throw from the heart of it all on Commercial St but at the quieter end so there’s a sense of a slower pace. So many people walk by and admire the beautiful patio/garden. It’s so special! The condo is great, all amenities covered. We had a few tech issues with internet and cable, but Larry and Chuck were there in a flash to do what they could. Great communication and extra efforts to make our stay great. Would highly recommend this place. As a matter of fact, we’ve sent the listing to a few friends already so if you’re thinking of booking, don’t wait. Thanks for a glorious stay!

We loved our stay here! The location on Commercial is great—enough traffic for some good people watching, but not too much where you feel like you’re in a fishbowl. The house was clean, well-stocked and comfortable during our stay. We absolutely loved the patio!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was even nicer in reality than the pics (hard to do) and the hosts very friendly and responsive. We had no issues come up at all. We've stayed at a bunch of places in Provincetown and nothing compares. I mean, every little thing was accounted for.
There is no question that I will try to stay here again. If you're reading this review, don't even think about it any more - just book it.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property and was sad to leave which is always the sign of a good vacation. I have to mention the garden which is absolutely gorgeous. The large, well appointed kitchen was terrific. Three large bedrooms including one king bed are a luxury standout for Ptown. It’s located west of Spiritus and the Boatslip which make it both central and yet far enough away from the crowds. We stayed off season in mid October which I recommend to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the Cape with still warm enough days and cool nights but a fraction of the Summer madness. Larry the owner answered every question promptly. This is a sublime property that you’ll feel lucky to stay in as we did. Perfection.

We were just blown way by how lovely and accessible this place is. The outside area is so pretty and the property was incredibly well-equipped. We contacted Larry with a questions and he was very helpful and responded right away. We tremendously enjoyed our stay.

Larry’s home was a perfect home for our week in Provincetown. We had a perfect location — just a couple blocks from Boatslip and right on the Carnival parade route. Larry was very communicative throughout the week, especially around checkin and check out. Will definitely be back

This location is perfect - right on commercial but away from the action so it’s quiet and peaceful. The parking spot is a huge help too. The outdoor patio is the best part - lovingly maintained and perfect for enjoying every meal. We had kids with us and the single level and easy indooor/outdooor transition was great for them. Highly recommend!

Charming PTown Getaway
This cute 3 bedroom right on Commercial Street is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in town. The patio and garden are immaculate and are a lovely shaded spot for every meal. Plenty of room inside, a great kitchen, good Wi-Fi. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Gorgeous property with cute decor and a decent size for the number of guests allowed. Convenient washer/dryer and kitchen spacious enough to make full meals. Location cannot be beat…walkable to just about everything in town. Great communication with Larry. Can’t wait to be back!

Provincetown Perfection
Paradise Lost & Found is the ideal Provincetown retreat. The property is tastefully furnished, well equipped and has a beautiful private garden patio. It is a calm sanctuary that’s centrally located-easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The owners Larry and Chuck were welcoming, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Our parents and my brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is situated right in the heart of Provincetown. Within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, yet secluded within a beautiful garden. The house is very nicely appointed, well maintained and fully supplied. Our hosts were delightful to work with. It was a truly a wonderful experience.
