Location is the only thing I liked about these apartments I booked these after reading reviews and was beyond disappointed lesson learned to stick with my usual apartments La Penita. Nearly ruined the second part of our honeymoon only we didn't let it.

I have been coming to lanzarote for 13 years twice a year and this is the worst apartments I have come across. It is in need of a complete refurbishment. I was in room number 209 and I tried to leave as soon as I seen room only we couldn't get any different accommodation as it was half term week and everywhere was fully booked near us. It is crawling with ants we didn't cook or eat one thing and one morning they were all over kitchen work top which was also cracked badly. We had to stay out all day and only come back to shower and sleep. Under the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months the shower was full of mold on glass screen at bottom and tray was all rusted. Everything is just grubby and dirty looking. Didn't notice the pool being cleaned once either the time I was there in the mornings.

lovely quiet pool area. Close to everything and no hills! good size for a one bed apartment. Easy checkin. Some english TV (well American with Spanish subtitles but we could watch it) Good choice of radio stations. Comfortable bed. Full size fridge.

sofa very hard and no cushions. the wooden breakfast bar/counter area the paint work was very chipped and needs redone. No tea spoons minimal utensils Wi-Fi kept cutting out

The location is excellent 1 set of steps off the main strip.. could not be closer

ANTS, ANTS, ANTS.. EVERYWHERE These apartments are infested not just a few at the door or on balconies.. in the presses in the beds/bedrooms , on counters not possible to go self catering here! We spent alot more money than we had planned for eating out.. spent the whole time sweeping and cleaning and feeling like your skin was crawling.. said it to reception the reply was "yes we have ants".. had to buy powder and traps in the local supermarket ourself and left everyday to a friends/familys apartment complex as we couldnt even sit on the sofas without ants crawling on you.. The apartment i was in (201) the bedroom windows are less than 1m to the staff/cleaning break room in a lane where every morning at 8am.. cleaning supplies/trolleys are pulled out, staff taking calls on loud speaker, having smoke breaks and talking right at your window, waking me and my kids every day. Have to keep the curtains pulled the whole time as there was always someone smoking or just outside the window when wanting to get changed or anything. Also no outside bars on the window for a ground floor apt, doesnt feel very safe.. 1 of the 1st nights we got there the pipe under the sink exploded flooding the bathroom and 2 bedrooms.. we spent 3 hours mopping before we could go for dinner that night only for my partner knew where to turn off the valve i dont know what would have happened as reception is gone from around 4pm.. it was very distressing and frightening for the kids.. these apartments need a serious renovation and update its not acceptable.

The place was dirty and the floors hadn't been brushed or cleaned . That was in all the area's. There were ants 🐜on the floors and counter tops. The shower water wouldn't go down the drain ..it meant having to wait forty-five minutes to have one after the other person came out of it . Definitely won't be going back .

Towel rails in bathroom would be an advantage

Great location and facilities! Very good host! We had late flight back and there were no issue to leave 3 big suitcases during reception work hours.

Had to ask for apartment to be cleaned after a three day break. To be fair there was an apology and it was cleaned straight away. I also thought the pool needed cleaned more often.

The place is central to everything, beach just across the road

There were ants, miskitos everywhere. Also the parasols kept flying out of the stand by the wind one even hit my husband on his arm, thank god it didn't hit a child, the parasols holders were not the right ones they were to big for them causing the parsol to move

Location was fab,nice little bar right outside ,staff lovely ,nice and quiet ,plenty sunbeds.

Think pool should be heated very cold, no shower near pool ,rooms nice but need updating.

Cold swimming pool

Great location, right on the beach. There was a pool, which was nice, and the apartment was relatively spacious.

the beds were super hard, and I could barely sleep there was no soap when we arrived - which mean to even wash our hands after the toilet, we had to immediately go to the shop (which was not possible, because we arrived late evening) the listing said the pool was heated when we booked, but it was not, and the management changed the listing before we came (there was another family that had the same issue, so we definitely did not make it up) would have been nice to have something like Netflix in the apartment, but this is just nice to have
