Amazing staff -- super friendly and very helpful. We loved the breakfast choices delivered right to our room each day which we enjoyed eating around the pooll

The owner Toula was so kind and helpful. She helped us make reservations, stowed our luggage, and gave recommendations. Property was as described. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was served according to our time preference each morning and was a perfect start to the day. We had a great stay!

Elena, the host moved us to their sister hotel san antonio suites since she was closing casa bianca due to the end of the season. It was a 4 star hotel with a mind blowing caldera view with a very good spread of the breakfast. On top of it, we were given a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture along with a room that was literally next to the pool. I really appreciate Elena for her kind gesture and also honouring our reservation. Our stay made the trip to santorini a lifetime experience.

A stunning boutique style hotel with super friendly staff. We loved the little touches like the candles outside the room at night. Amazing breakfast which we ate outside our room every morning. Great location in Imerovigli - about a half an hour walk to Fira. The walk back can be steep and moderately challenging though. We would definitely recommend the hotel transfer from the airport, well worth the €25 - the driver was incredibly friendly.

Breakfast was amazing - delicious and SO much fun it was ridiculous. Right by the hotel there is a gem of a restaurant, authentic, cheap family run. The hotel was very clean, excellent housekeeping service and Elena was super helpful. She was friendly, and offered lots of advice and information; she helped us rent a ATV quad bike really quickly. Location was quiet, and it was very easy to get to Thera by bus / walking.

Everything is excellent. Clean, modern, and excellent breakfast. The only downfall is the shower. It has to be improved.
The shower is very poor. Too small, the curtain sticks to you and water is all over the floor.
This is the only negative point about this hotel.

Very nice personal service by the hosts, who arranged transfers and dinner bookings for us and always welcomed us with a smile. The whole hotel is in perfect condition and immaculately clean. Extra thanks for the tasty breakfast wich was prepared with real dedication.

Breakfast was fine and served in the room. You had the option of eating it inside at a table or outside your room on a little verandah. The pool was smaller than expected but adequate. The receptionists (Toula and Iliana) were extremely helpful and friendly, advising us and phoning about ferries etc on our behalf. The room was wonderfully clean and spacious. We were with our 12 year old.

We really enjoyed our time at casa bianca.
It is very central but still very quiet - orientied away from the noisy main streets and the tourists.
It is a lovely decorated place with really nice staff!
We enjoyed breakfast at the pool a lot!!

The place was beautiful! It was compact but comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous! I really appreciate their help during our stay! The reception staff were exceptional, very eager to assist you and were flexible with out needs. Great location for stay at Imerovigli.

Good position, 2 mins walk from the Caldera view and bar/restaurants. Beware there is no sea view from the property. Tiny pool but amazing settings. Very enjoyable breakfast served on the room's patio.
Rooms quite outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom is in reality a wet room and you will flood it every time you take a shower. Very noise A/C. Rooms not soundproofed.
