Functional property, able to park directly in front rooms Basic, but well designed and as we were coming straight off the ferry and leaving directly the next morning it was just what we needed A surprisingly good breakfast included in the price

There was no restaurant available on the Sunday, local restaurants were closed. Restaurant was only available Monday to Friday, but not stated on booking.com

Breakfast was a generous hot and cold buffet with a wide choice of food. The surroundings were so peaceful and pleasant, grassy and with trees and shrubs

We didn't dislike anything really, the rooms are not large but adequate for two people (and a large dog) for a few nights.

Great location for ferry or travelling south

We used this property as we were arriving on the late Brittany Ferries boat from Portsmouth and it was only a few minutes’ drive away. The ferry was delayed and when I spoke to the receptionist he helpfully explained the procedure for accessing the room if we arrived after 11pm. This was the ideal room for an overnight stay before we headed off to our holiday destination. Clean, really comfortable bed and great breakfast at a good price. Very happy.

We knew we would arrive late and they responded in time that reception would be open so we could check in .

It was a bit dated but it served out needs.

We asked for quiet room. There was a coach party of yound people there who partied through till 0430hr, so we had little sleep. Also there were no staff on site to quiet the situation.
