Everything is Perfect in Gold Suites. The room, the view and the staff. We loved it!

Beautiful!!!! The room was amazing!! Indoor jacuzzi, outdoor private heated pool and amazing marble floors inside and out. Staff service was impeccable!!! My thanks to the staff and all of there hard work on making everything perfect. A special thanks to the front desk manager Maria and her staff for all their service to make us feel at home. Also the recommended restaurants from Maria and Immanuel. The restaurants were impeccable. If you want to experience the local foods at a local establishment for the true authentic taste of Santorini and Greece itself, ask one of these two individuals and watch the magic happen as you experience the cuisine that will make your mouth water.

The staff in particular Efi, Yolouta and Charis were excellent members of the team and really looked after us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff and the attention and support was 5 star all the way. Breakfast was served in our room and was on time every day and the quality of the eggs, in particular, was something we looked forward to each morning. Our room was excellent with lots of space and the housekeeper was very flexible waiting each day until we had left before servicing the room.

Room 16 in October does not get the sun until very late in the day and we went to the main area to sunbathe as this had full sun from mid-morning onwards.

Excellent staff and fabulous location with some of the best views on the island. The hotel is on the top of a hill so the views are unobstructed and nobody looks down over you. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting the island.

Bathroom water smelled a little sulfuric

The location of this hotel is perfect. Amazing views, but outside of the bustle of the super touristy areas. The breakfast on your own balcony was amazing. Everyone that works there is very friendly and is very helpful with booking excursions, restaurants and with any other questions you may have.

Amazing view, almost full caldera view. Great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast at your room watching the incredible view. Very good location on the walking path between Fira - Oia. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Fira and it is a walk you should make.

There are some small things that is not expected from a hotel of this caliber; poor shower, breakfast at your room is great but you need to reserve the time in advance which is almost impossible to reserve a time you want. They also mix our breakfast once and didn't bring the choices we have asked for. Even if you reserve the time, they are always at least 5-10 minutes late. Staff is not that helpful when it comes to really helping you out and the way they approach feels amateur. Hotel is pool is small. They have also mixed some stuff during check out. We saw the bill includes items that we didn't order, some bills were not available because we ordered from the pool bar. The day we check out is known so I would have expected them to collect all the bills wherever they are and show us. Instead we received another sorry statement that they are not available. The hotel is nice and all but for this price, you can definitely find better and more professional hotels that can live up to their names.

The rooms are very old and depressing. I got the suit with jacuzzi and the reality was different than the pictures. Very small and old. We arrived at 12 and they didn't let us in until 3 pm eventhough the room was empty. The bed sheets was wet and they took it to dry it because they don't have another one.
