The apartment was superb. Very clean and comfortable. All the apartment amenities were first class and modern. The apartments are spacious and warm with reverse cycle aircon/heater. The beds were super comfortable. A fantastic 7-days at this location.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Definitely a place we will use in the future

Location is beautiful. The villas won't disappoint. Tightly secure behind remote controlled gates. U have your own garage to park your car in. Our villa was spacious and the people who actually live there were friendly. Receptionist is knowledgeable of the area. They give tennis racquets and balls for tennis and little spades for hot water beach about half hours drive away. There's a cool park in town.

Whitianga is expensive for a family to eat out. Take food and cook yourself. Would have loved the spa to be a little hotter and swimming pool warmer at this time of year and not in the summer time

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view! Nice and clean and quiet. Loved it!

Very clean place with a good location.

We visit this place 4-5 times a year. This time the spa (which is the biggest highlight of our stay) was not working. We were there for 3 nights. The second morning it got fixed but was simply not use able. All we got was that the caretakers didn't know of it and a long chain of excuses. The kids were in tears as this stay was meant to be their reward. Yes, things go wrong, but you CANNOT and SHOULD not expect you guests, especially regular guests to foot the bill, for a facility that they paid for which they could not use ! Simply wrong ! We landed up paying for something we could not use ! Absolutely no good /no loyalty or appreciation of regular business was shown at at all. Not right. Very disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful loved our stay would love to return and book whole suite for family trip
