Everything was perfect with this house.

Easy access from town. Clear instruction to enter the property. Had all the appliances and amenities inside the home. We went tubing which was 8 mins away. Close to grocery which was great to have. Hot tub was a plus of course. Thank you for having us.

This was an absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location! Very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms! They have thought of everything and then some! We had an amazing time on our first (and definitely not last) trip to Colorado! While we were on the go much of our trip (came to the area for a wedding), the home was very welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a stay in the area! Exactly as described! Would love to stay again!

Great time in Winter Park. House is in quit wooded neighborhood just far enough outside of town. House was great, could not have asked for more.

Not as secluded as we thought it would be but within 45 minutes of several amazing hikes! Winter Park amenities close by. Wonderful vacation.

The two master suites were perfect for our couples trip. The house was well appointed-we didn’t need to buy a thing other than a few groceries. I’d stay again!

The house and location were perfect for our family. Very peaceful and yet still close enough to go enjoy outdoor activities with the kids. The house came with baby items ( pack n play, baby gates, high chair) that were super helpful. Would highly recommend it here ☺️

Everything was awesome the house was perfect there was 10 of us . The grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. The ladies watched movies upstairs and the guy's watched movie's downstairs. Thanks for a amazing place to stay.

We LOVED our stay! Everything was just as pictured which isn’t always the case. Beautifully decorated & clean. There was nothing we needed, everything was there. Beds were very comfortable, rooms & bathrooms were the perfect size. Hope to be back! HIGHLY recommend!

This property is absolutely fantastic!! Clean, spacious, luxurious in all the spaces that matter (ahem, bathroom(s) and kitchen). Games for adults and kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Location was PERFECT!! The host was very responsive and in a timely manner. Highly recommend and definitely hope to stay here again!!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Last summer we spent weeks looking for the home that would be everything we needed for the first time all our adult children and us were together for a week of skiing and enjoying each other's company. At some point during our vacation, each family member told me how special it was. I could go on about the comfortable bedrooms, the pretty surroundings, or the well-supplied kitchen. Despite all those great features, I think everybody's favorite was the heated garage! Our host thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Hot tub was excellent! Had a young cow moose in the backyard one day! Fun trip and enjoyed playing games and watching movies in our down time.

We had a great stay at Grand County! It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and two children. Kitchen is very well stocked and as coffee drinkers we appreciated both the k-cup Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The hot tub was a hit and the heated garage was great especially since it fit our Yukon rental. Maureen was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this spot to others looking for a great place to stay!

This home was set up perfectly for our ski trip! We would definitely stay here again. It has everything you could ask for on a ski vacation.

We just returned from a fantastic ski trip to Winter Park, and were so happy with this fantastic vacation home. This home is a short drive to Winter Park (about 15 minutes), but we selected it during peak vacation season over New Years as it was twice as nice and half the price as anything we could find at the mountain. And boy is it nice. The owner is clearly passionate about this home, as it is full of high-end amenities, unique décor, and thoughtful touches that make it much more than just a place to sleep and eat. Everything was top-notch, from the memory foam mattresses, high-end fixtures and finishes, steam shower in the master bedroom, large hot tub, super large TV's, lots of books and games, heated garage (that fit our Chevy Suburban), charging stations in the bedrooms, available air humidifiers, Christmas decorations, etc. I could go on and on. The town of Fraser is also awesome, with really fun places to eat, shop, and visit (much moreso than what you'll find at the mountain). At some ski resorts it makes more sense to stay right at the slopes. With Winter Park, do yourself a favor and stay in a great home such as this one, in a much better area such as Fraser. It's a 15-minute drive, park in Lot G right across from the base area, and take the free shuttle. We are fortunate enough to take a number of vacations a year, and this was definitely one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Thank you Maureen!

This property is very well appointed and the two masters were perfect for our group! The kids stayed in the bunk room and loved having their own space!

The house was amazing and it had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. One of the best stocked houses I have stayed in. Maureen was great and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property and will come back again!

Our son had a hockey tournament in Fraser, and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing property. Probably the best we’ve ever stayed at honestly. Hot tub was out but property manager was diligent to help and accommodate. Saw moose while sitting on back deck! And a fox. Super refreshing trip.

This house is perfectly appointed, impeccably well-maintained and adorably designed. With two separate living areas, my fiancée and I were able to comfortably WFH from the lower level while my parents hung out during the day upstairs. I would say this is an excellent set-up for two couples with kids or multi-generational trips. The host has also left personal touches throughout and her love of the area shines through. I will whole-heartedly recommend this home to anyone traveling in the area.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay in early October. The house is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Fraser is a cute little town with lots to offer. We explored Grand Lake and the Rockies and drove the Trail Ridge Road. House is conveniently located to the National Park and National Forest.

The house exceeded our expectations! The location put us close to everything! The house was tastefully decorated and had a very warm cozy feel. The steam shower was perfect after long days in the river fishing. The hot tub was clean and large enough for the whole family. (5) communication with the host was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The house was absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful space, so warm and welcoming. Cooked in house Friday night and the kitchen was well stocked! Lovely outdoor patio. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. There’s some kids games downstairs but adult games in the upstairs cabinet (scrabble and such). Black out blinds if you want to sleep in. Quiet area. Fireplace was so nice to have going when it was a little chilly at night. 100/100 will be back!! Honestly have no complaints at all! Just perfect, and close to the downtown area if you want to walk around or go to dinner. Recommend the “make your own t-shirt” place as well! Fun to get a little custom sweatshirt and the owner was super sweet.
