Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool ist nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder und Babys da er zu tief ist.

Inhaber Michele und Fabiana und das Personal sind wie immer sehr freundlich und gehen auf einen zu und haben immer einen lockeren Spruch und Tip dabei. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Der Pool macht in jedem Fall Spaß und ist eine willkommene Abkühlung am Nachmittag. Frühstück mit sehr vielfältige Auswahl. Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden was man alles essen möchte.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming! :) breakfast was good. Very clean and nice area. Liked the peaceful atmosphere .
Maybe the a la carte in the evening wasnt so good.
Little bit expensive compared to what you get for the money.

No services around (restaurants etc.)
Air condition was not available during the daytime.
Room’s decorations was very poor and pillows were extremely hard.
Breakfast was very limited.
View wasn’t what was promised (the lake was bearly seeable).

this hotel is at the top of a mountain .This is very misleading and without a car you are stranded .

well positioned overlooking malcesine, with a nice pool in relaxing and green surroundings. Beautiful view and large balcony. The suite is worth the added cost with a large round bed and a whirl-bathtube. good breakfast and friendly service.

The restaurant menu and food was also very good and tasty.
The management and team were very friendly and helpful.

Loved the all inclusive property - big playground, pool and plenty of structures to please toddlers. Our room was big and had plenty of space for the kid. The restaurant served good food too. Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing breakfast and helpful staff. Spacious garden with a swimming pool which makes the stay suitable for families with children.
The room on our side was quite noisy at night since it was situated close to the road. But as I was told, most of the rooms are with the view over the garden.
