The bedroom was very clean, with bedding and towel changes regularly. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was a little tired. A mirror, a fridge and kettle in the bedroom would be great additions. The area outside the breakfast room needs serious attention, the plants were dead and looked awful and the whole terrace needs some love.

This room is in quite an old property which looks a little worn out, however the room with 3 single beds was very clean and the beds which looked small were very comfortable the bathroom and shower is quite small . There is a bright breakfast room and the breakfast was very good with nice breads cold meats, fresh fruits. juice tea and coffee, and lots of lovely cakes. There is an elevator. The staff were lovely and very friendly. It was great value for money. It is a short walk to the railway station and very central for the whole town.

It is a bit difficult to figure out where it is, as it is on the first floor above the street and could do with a better sign on the door. You need to press button 1 on the left of the door for reception.

The breakfast, and most of the receptionist were great. Very helpful and kind.

The hotel was well situated and located near everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was very quaint The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.Breakfast was very good.

In the morning you can hear some noise from another people Who are walking in the hole. Because doors are old and retro type.

The elevator was very smelly? it’s shared with other floors which are private suites so not the hotels fault.

It is an older building and you can hear the neighbour rooms. Avoid coming here with a car, parking is challenging.

Central location, even the bus stop is just outside to travel to Santa Margherita Ligure (or 30-40 min walk) to catch the boat to Portofino and San Fruttosso. Feels a lot more local than the typical chain hotels, everything was clean and the continental breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, croissants and good coffee. Receptionists are friendly and very helpful.
