Hotel was too clean. Have never seen such kind of clean area.

Reception staff was a little bit rude. We used to go to another hotel for having fun, as in this hotel music was not as we wish we had.

- very dirty hotel - bed, blankets and towels very very dirty, we had to buy new towels because of this - breakfast food is kept into the fridge over the days and they smells bad. Tomatoes, cheese everything smells as fridge. - even if breakfast is until 11, they start taking out the food and drinks at 10:30 and if you came late you don’t have what to eat - staff very very rude, forced us to evacuate the room at 10:00 even if breakfast is until 11 and we paid for it. - cleaning ladies coming directly into the room. They knock and then instantly enter the room at around 10:00 AM every day. Not a single bit of privacy. They are doing this even if I put the ‘do not disturb’ sign at the door. - Staff very very rude on all interactions. - and a lot more, during only a 5 days stay Avoid this hotel !

The hotel was amazing, staff and manager of the hotel very supportive and kind! Thank you so much for make our stay incredible! Hotel location is good and close to sea side, there is a parking close by free of charge. Plus you have just 7 min away train station. We had breakfast and dinner, food is tasty and a lot of variety. Pool area big, we are waiting summer time to come back, because in April its a little bit cold to swim.

Everything was amazing!

The location is great - close to the sea and away from the crowded streets and loud DJs. Also close to the train station (10 min walking). We took the room with breakfast included and found that very fresh and tasty.

We didn't like the bar in the hotel at all. The drinks there are overpriced and the cocktails are absolute scams: little to no alcohol in them and the standard recipes are not met. If you would stay there - just avoid the bar and you will be grand! Hopefully, there are a lot of different places where to go around for a proper drink.

On arrival manager of the hotel told us to pay for 2 children even though children in certain age are for free. The lady from the service argued about it and said that I have to explain it with booking.com in the morning. I was very anxious about it because it was almost midnight and we were tired. In the morning, booking.com explaied that they don't have right to charge me more for kids. It turned out, I was right. The hotel wanted me to pay for something I shouldn't have. The manager, who told me to pay for the children, didn't even apologize to me, although I passed her several times at the hotel. Strange rules in the pool: you can play a ball once and then you can't. Generally, this hotel is probably not family-friendly, as it is forbidden for children to play ball in a pool. This is not a hotel: adults only so I don't understand why they forbade the game. Maybe they wanted the kids to get out of the pool and go to the beach? Then the staff will have less work :(

The big swimmingpool was ok.

The hotel was very dirty. The toilets were not clean and the small swimming pool was dirty as well. The hotel was way to expensive and not satisfying at all.

Breakfast was excellent, beds very comfy, good location- good entertainment in eve. Restaurant out the front is very good too.

The beds made a weird noise when you move in it. He hotels nearby made a lot of noise at night but it was acceptable. Bring water shoes if you were to feel unconfortble stepping on small stones. It wanst a fine sand beach.

Beds were a bit hard & only one flat pillow. Felt a bit crowded around the pool area.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The staff at the front desk who greeted us were neither qualified nor smiling. The rooms were old, definitely in need of renovation and not soundproofed. I could not rest during my vacation because I could hear the noise coming from the neighboring rooms until late at night and early in the morning hotel guests (almost all elderly) going to breakfast or check out. The card to open the room also often did not work as did the elevators. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. More than a 4-star hotel to me it seemed like a 2-star hotel but paid too much for the quality found. Also, we paid 100€ for a Taxi to return to Barcelona airport booked through the hotel and the car was a 20-year-old Volkswagen that was crashed and the driver was distracted and not very reassuring. Unfortunately, we had a low-quality vacation. We will never return to Spain again.

Restaurant dinner buffet wasn't great

Breakfast was up to the usual good standard staff are very friendly and helpful .Desk staff go well over whats expected of them.

We asked for some towels for the beach they were 7 euros each plus a ten euro deposit,which meant it was cheaper to go out and buy them.

it is in a very central point so till midnight too much music from all the bars cafes around that almost impossible to rest...
