Great location, really interesting interior and clean rooms.

It was hard to communicate with staff while proceeding booking. They provided short answers or copy pasted information. It wasn’t clear if we will have parking spot or not. Also, it’s a bit complicated to get with a car as the property is in the main Street. They didn’t provide any information how to drive to the hotel only several options where you can leave the car. But as a guest you don’t have time to run around different parking locations and enough knowledge in an unfamiliar city.Also, if you are coming with a big car - do not try to park next to the hotel. Simply, you won’t have enough space to get in the parking lot.

The room was spacious and the location was amazing. It's located in the central where you could find food, transportation so easily. On top of that, the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely modern refurbishment of a period building. Excellent staff who were very helpful with all queries. The hotel is really well located on one of the principal streets in Lodz. Good choice for breakfast in restaurant across the road.
