Beautiful view, great location. very good breakfast nice apartment.

The 2nd bed (sofa extension) is not very comfortable. there’s no reception always easily available, there were some small ants in the apartment.

TV not working in the beginning entire apartment undermaintained tap dripping constantly fridge very old and noisy AC only in living room door handles loose curtain rails loose toilet seat loose sink plug not working room full of spiders none existent staff, no 24/7 reception, only a telephone number to call poor cleaning of hallway parking fee not made clear very high rates for such poor serviced apartment, no discount for last week of season

Great location, overlooking lake Balaton, fantastic views from the terrace, wellness on the ground floor. beach access.

Nice pictures if you book, but the reality inside the apartment (B IX/3) is the way around, old shabby, partially broken furniture, mini bedroom, cheep linen and towels. Terrace furniture broken and dirtiest. Mold in bathroom. (See my pictures )

Location was good, lake view - of course you pay for it, comfy beds.

Lady tried to charge £100 deposit on arrival- but we weren’t aware of this when booking. You get ironing board but no iron. Wooden frame was missing from the door. For two people only one champagne glass. The room is very bright at night no curtains. Been told to leave between 8-10am but no staff available to check out.

it’s not a hotel and it’s not for comfortable staying there is no one hotel stuff available for addressing your concern you will see them during check in and on check out extremely bad timing you cannot check in before 3:00 pm and you have to check out by 10:00 am they will come to your room to ensure you check out by 10:00 my family experience is very bad I will not recommend any gamy who is on vacation or leisure trip to book this property I can write more on my bad experience here

Apartment is outstanding. The space, the equipment, location. Nobody could possibly find some complaint regarding the apartment. The terrace and the view. Everything is outstanding. There is enough space even for the exercise equipment in the bedroom. Didn't use it but they are there and seams that they work. The host even provided an additional extra breakfast. We got much more then we expected and the price was far under the quality offered.

The check in process is absolutely complicated and limited. Unfortunately, we came for a short stay and had enough time to wait but otherwise it would be very complicated. The check out is also quite complicated and the deposit return as well. At the end we passed without significant problems but it could happened easily. More information regarding chack in and out policies before the reservation are required. Also, regarding the SPA, when its closed, regarding price of the parking etc. Read all carefully, and comments, before make the reservation.

The view is fantastic, the wellness is pleasant and confortable.

Could be slightly cleaner It's a bit difficult to open the door of the balcony.

The view from balcony was amazing and the balcony was very big too with two doors, from living room and bedroom! The apartment is spacious and has everything needed. The breakfast was great, we could order the meal we wanted one day before and then they serve it between 8-10 with coffee and juice. The building had nice wellness with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas and lockers. everything was working well.

The check-in process was tricky, as we arrived a little earlier but there is no reception so with my tired parents we had to wait outside in the wind until it was 3pm, however, the lady came a bit earlier since I called her but try not to go before 3pm. The location is great for summer, in April everything nearby is closed and the walk to the nearest supermarket or restaurant is 15-20 minutes. There wasn't enough pillows, and one pillow was not comfortable, other than that the apartment was very good.

The offer on your site doesn’t match with reality. My choice was this accommodation due to the fact that Wellness was included. After my payment and just a few hours before the starting of check-in time, I was informed by SMS that wellness is not available and they’ve offered me options or to accept 10% discount or free cancelation.
