Apartamento sucio. Había pelos y pelusas por todo el suelo. Había hasta una pegatina de abrir un envase de toallitas pegado a la pared en mitad del baño, un azulejo roto con un burruño de papel haciendo tope para no caerse. Apartamento muy ruidoso, parecía que tuviéramos unos caballos encima. Demasiado caro para lo que fue. Se nos acabó el agua caliente y éramos 3 personas. Un desastre completo.

Despite the property agency (SmartRent) confirming in writing that the apartment had air conditioning, there was no air conditioning unit in our apartment (number 6, ground floor). Summer temperatures in Jerez often surpass 35ºC so this was a basic requirement for us. Access to the apartment is after 8pm and involves a complicated 3 code access system, only available through the SmartRent app. The final code can only be input when you touch the door handle. There is a 90 euro deposit to be paid. SmartRent try to collect this as soon as you make the booking. There is no garden, just an inner courtyard that provides an echo chamber for the noise of people

Never ever book this hotel! I was scammed. Provided access code for room wasnt working. Tried multiple times midday when we arrived ( cleaning company members also not got access to this room ) and also later evening when came back. No answer to support phone. No working stuff there. But money was charged. Was left on street. Next day i reach support phone and explained situation and they promise to give money back but then after call they decided to charge me again. Total ripoff. Now think to prepare Denuncia to get my money back.

Nice Apartment close to the city center. Accesibility by car is very challenging, no possibility to park close to the house to unload, you walk very far with everything - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT IF YOU COME BY CAR. The apartment is quiet, but the doors of the 15+ neighbours in the house are very loud, difficult to sleep at night with everybody coming and going all the time.

Watch out, they ask for your credit card details and charge you money for things not declared before!!! Very dubious renting organization. Bathroom was all but clean, hairs everywhere.

It was confortable, had kitchen and was close to the center walking.

Some parts of the apartment were not really clean and it only had one window with views to the indoor patio.
