Air condition very strong, mattress very comfortable. A nice Chinese restaurant within the complex. Big parking space. Food in restaurant very good.
The Bathroom was not well maintained. There was mold in the shower, disgusting. The door stopper was also unplug from the bathroom floor, but the housekeeping team did not try anything to fixed it. The room smells a bit damp. The bedsheet and blanket cover color not white anymore, a bit greyish, definitely not up to 5 stars hotel standard. The hot water was not hot enough.

The cleanliness is great, service is fast and the staff is very friendly. if you are looking for a quiet place in Bandung, this could be one of your top choices
Breakfast is average, many selections but the taste could be improved. Got the 550 room and should have walked long from the elevator, if you carried a heavy bag or had many hand carry it would be bothersome

the warm pool
Room to pool access we have to go through main lobby.. its uncomfortable if we wear swim suit and wet..

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, we had a balcony facing the swimming pool too. My kids went swimming several times during our 2 nights stay. The pool was big and the water was warm so my kids didn't get too cold since it was rainy season that time. The equipment and the size of the gym was also sufficient. The hotel has a lush green garden, we had exciting family photo session with a photographer there.

The room is so spacious and super clean. I ordered extra blanket, they give me immediately. Check-in process was very easy too.Breakfast with so many options, it's like a festival! and all foods are very tasty. Swimming pool with 30degrees stay warm during cold wheather in Bandung. Kids enjoyed the pool so much!
The hotel was too packed during weekend, we have to go to another restaurant for breakfast but the staff there was unfriendly. They cant find our data, and didnt allow us to enter the chinese restaurant where they have back up for breakfast venue. The staffs were not so attentive.

the equipment in the gym is quite complete.
the dirtiness. they don't pay enough attention in cleaning the bathroom in the room, also the toilet in the lobby area, soooo damnnnn dirty and disgusting!!!!! this is not a 5-star standard!!!!
