The location. Just steps from the beach. Many restaurants and shops near by. Very cozy and unique decor.

Lovely hotel right on the seafront, staff were welcoming and kind . Hotel was very clean and breakfast very good with lots of choice .Particular shout out to bar staff who served us our night caps they were always generous with their suggestions and measures !

Who needs a pool when you have the biggest pool in Spain right outside the front door, The Medterranean Sea !!! Staff super friendly even remembering my name Steve. Lovely selection at breakfast sat looking out to sea with some nice reggae music playing quietly in the background. Nice fresh beach towels each day.

the decor throught the hotel
lighting in the bathroom, servers at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, unsmiling. i understand that you are a 3star hotel, but your location, decor and pricing are for a 5 star. that should include greetings in the morning in any language. good morning is this your first breakfast with us? explain the flow of the buffet where the coffee is hiding in a machine.
i love in Coveta Fuma and Panorama Gran Alacant and thought it would be nice to stay in the hotel at the beach i have watched you reform. I am left feeling that there was something missing from my stay.
a little thing on breakfast, you can order from a menu (not that it was shown to us) a simple thing like Huevos a la plancha, omelettes? you have a full kitchen. it does not have to be a full cooked breakfast, but the simple things you can walk outside and into one of our local cafe and get for 2 euros :)

Room was lovely and spotless..cleaned everyday..great shower..and the view of the beach and sea from our balcony was fantastic..right next to the beach...nothing was a problem for the staff..very helpful and friendly..would definitely stay there again..

Great service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurant , beautifully decorated. Distance from the sea and other restaurants/bars is great.
No kettle in the room. No hot breakfast choices. Emergency fire exit light illuminated the room during the night.

it has become a restaurant with just bedrooms above it we were asked on a number of occasions to move seats to facilitate people walking in from the street and therefore decided to then eat out every night we were very disappointed this year with the service and have used the hotel on many occasions also bedroom had no wardrobe and clothes were having to be hung on a rail and very little facility for clothes

It is quite a noisy area with loud music from 9 in the morning. I guess thats just Costa Blanca. Shower temperature fluctuates uncontrollably.

Location is the best!
Room and hotel look great) Its clean, cozy, friendly stuff. Fast reaction to our needs. General impression is very nice.
Restaurant on the ground floor is probably the best from among all on that street.
I had issues with shower in our room - it was either hot or cold - nothing in the middle.
What was unusual - no glasses and tea/ coffee in the room. And would be good to make breakfasts more europenian - to add omelet maybe.

position - ambiance and decor - excellent staff and first class service - breakfast was nice but it needed something a bit more fulfilling included like scrambled eggs - amazing views from the room (102) and very comfy beds - nice toiletries - great housekeeping -
breakfast ok but for the price we paid it should have been a bit more substantial - no safe in rooms or tea tray in rooms

Fabulous room, huge with gorgeous sea views - so lovely to sleep with the window open and hear the surf. Also a really comfortable bed. The staff in the restaurant and lobby were fabulous - willing to try to speak in Spanish with me (and to give English if I got stuck).
Only complaint is the little stuff I’ve seen others comment on - why no glasses in the bedroom? (if there’s a fridge in the room then people are likely to want to have a drink on the balcony).

This hotel is lovely to stay. the staff are super friendly and interested. With breakfast they remember which coffee you like. Everyone is very helpfull and generous!
It was a pity that the hot water in the shower was not stable. sometimes you had more of a cold than a hot shower.
