Not hotel fault but no lift and we have a dog with walking difficulties

Stayed in 5star hotel in Spain day before .and 4 star hotels and this Villa Louvre Lens is only hotel to have a box of tissue in room .lottle tings go a long way. Dont understand booking .com. Get genuis3 stay including breakfast and 20e off price first night .then want to rebook next and no free bees what so ever. Booking.com hard to contact directly. Impossible in facts

Lovely staff. Very attentive and helpful. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Superb pain perdu on our last morning. TV has Netfix, ideal as it poured for three days as we were there, so when sightseeing was done very helpful.

Being British more general tea and milk would be appreciated and the facility for more pillows. Parking is a bit of an issue, although we always found a space, it can be expensive. There is free parking about 7 minutes away which we used but as I suffer from health problems my husband did do a lot of walking!

Such welcoming hosts. Lovely decorated room. Delicious breakfast with lots of homemade treats. The restaurant the host recommended for dinner (Oh Mexican) was very good. Lens doesn’t seem to have much about it, but the hotel is a perfect stop before catching the Eurotunnel.

Room was very hot, a fan was provided but maybe give more than one as it didn’t reach all the beds (family of 4 in 2 doubles in the room)

Modern bedroom and bathroom with mini-bar and coffee/tea making facilities. Excellent and varied breakfast with homemade cakes and jams. Very friendly and helpful host

We had hoped to park our car securely in an underground car park or garage. As it was, it was safe on the street overnight.
