Location was great. You are close to bus stops, train station, food places, Shisha bars etc .

We arrived August 1st which is apparently a holiday. There were loud fire crackers all night, which prevented us from sleeping. On top of the fire works you can hear every movement coming from the other apartments which lets us know the walls are very thin. Coming from Germany we only had German adapters & converters for our chargers. We were told by a maintenance man that we could receive converters from the customer service desk. I emailed asking for converters & was told the cleaning crew would bring them. Hours had passed & we had not received anything. I called seeing if I could get the converters from customer service myself & was told there was no customer service desk & I would have to wait. We ended up going store to find converters & ended up buying our own. Upon return to our room we seen that the cleaning crew had come into the apartment without notice & left converters. On the second day we asked for fresh towels & were told we would receive some in the morning. Morning came, no fresh towels. So I emailed again & was told them telling me we would receive fresh towels in the morning was a technical mishap & they do not provide fresh towels during short stays. So, I guess we were expected to use the same 4 towels amongst two people for 4 days . Also due to the rooms being very hot at night we opened the windows. Every morning we were woken up by the other guest being outside the windows being very loud.

- Confortable beds - Other amenities (shower gel, towels, dishwasher,...) - Well located near tram, train, bus stations, supermarkets,... (20min to the city center)

- Flat in a basement that was not informed. - No air conditionate. It was quite hot. - Transport service from Airport to the apartments announced by booking was not available at the end and we had to manage the transport. Misleading information. - Small windows to the street / parking. Pollution from cars and motorbikes enter through the windows if you keep them opened. - No room service included during the stay. - No place to store luggage after check out. Vision apartments didn't give a solution and we had to find a place to store the bags. Very useless if you leave the city in the afternoon-evening. - High price compared with other market options for the same standards.

No daylight. An apartment located in the basement of the building. Stuffy despite open windows. Fan only in one room.

it was to surprise that apartment was so small. hardly any space to even move around. bed was very uncomfortable. i have lost sleep for three nights.

Apartments were clean, at good location.

We booked 2 apartments at same rate.. however size and facilities of the apartments were different. But overall good. We will consider Visionapartment again for our next trip.

the parking garage was rough for a bigger vehicle and the actual apartment was hot, rough (not a clean cut area) and small

I specifically asked for a room on a high floor but was given one in the basement. The apartments have no reception so I could not even ask for a change of room. If the type of room I requested was not available on a high floor, I should have been informed earlier Also, we found spiders and spider webs in the room. The rooms also need to be repainted and scrubbed. The only positive thing about it is its location near a train stop and the utilities it has. Other than that, not recommended.

I loved everything in general very clean and very comfortable with everything you need to stay

Nice location next to train and tram stations the price was ok..lower than the majority of the hotels in zurich. I liked the contactless check in using a provided code

The bed was small . Other than that everything else was ok

while we didn’t stay in the original accommodation due to a technical difficulty we were pleased that we were contacted and offered an alternate location closer to the city center.

property was well appointed. we appreciated the touches of bathrobes and would only mention that slippers would also be a nice touch. with the type of flooring surface and the chilly temperatures in Zurich slippers would be a nice touch along with the robes.

Very clean and central apartment next to major train station with regular and < 10 min rides to the city center. Keyless access reduces handling of multiple accessoires.

Bathroom is separated from the apartment, located across the main floor and needs to be accessed via key.

The apartment was comfortable and equipped with mostly all you need in a your home..

Location wasn't close to city center.

Really clean and modern apartment situated in Oerlikon zone. It's an ideal accomodation for single or couple travellers. Situated closer Bus/tram stop and Sbhan train station. Closer there are available markets, pubs, fast food etc.

Clean. Staff very helpful on costumer service by phone. Very central.

Toilet outside; Code to get inside the room so I was locked outside couple times; Electric stove broken but repaired day after; The cleaner was extremely rude after I asked some help.

location description - there is no sign board for property it was mentioned 46 but it’s hard to find the location though it’s nearby the Station but still it took 1 hour to find the location. Property should have a sign board with name of the apartment. Nobody knew where is 46.

Nice, comfortable room, flexible and kind staff. Great location.

Just a 5 minutes walk from the train station and there are few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Complete and clear instructions on self check in.

There are parts that are not luggage and stroller friendly on the way to the room. The staff knocked on the door even though it’s still not 10am. I saw dirt after wiping the floor of tissue paper.

Good location, easy to access with groceries and restaurant, near to train station going to airport and city of zurich

So we’ve been there during summer time so definitely it’s hot, it would be better if they keep a Fan as optional to those people who cannot sleep when it’s warm, it’s also a bit noisy due to the cars,buses and tram as the location is near road. also there is no extra towels, they should put something extra and just charge the guests if they’re going to use it.
