Breakfast was super tasty- very good quality & good coffee. Waffles in the morning made our day. Spacious and modern room with big balcony. Nice & stylish territory and playground for kids. Espresso machine in the room and Rituals cosmetics- such small details make the stay enjoyable. Personnel is very helpful. Jaz beach is 3-4 min drive away. Not noisy location.

Small but superb boutique hotel. Very clean and modern; excellent staff; great breakfast; a little outside the city but with a car several beaches as well as Kotor, Budva, Tivat or the Lovcen Nationalpark can be easily reached. We (Family with 3 kids) loved the 8 days at the hotel and will definitly come back!

Lovely little hotel. Our room was large, comfortable, and well equipped. Shower was excellent. Nice pool area. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Food during the day was good quality and good value. Drinks also well priced. Didn't eat there in the evening but there was a different small menu each evening. We liked the location, but you do need a car.

We could tell the summer school holidays had begun towards the end of our stay, as a few families arrived with younger children, which changed the relaxed feel around the pool we enjoyed during the beginning of our stay and there isn't really anywhere else to sit outside.

Spa was inadequate. What we thought of as a jacuzzi was not hot. When we asked them to prepare the sauna it was not set and it was not hot. And because there were too many children in the pool and they were playing ball, it was insufficient and noisy for relaxation.

Probably the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. Great attention to details all over - from architecture to facilities, from amenities to staff training. Rooms are very spacious, parking spaces available, quiet, clean, nice pool and spa facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Great variety and very good quality items.

Not that I don't like it, but the hotel is not recommended unless you travel by car/rent one. You would nees to drive at least 10min to Budva

We highly recommend Avanti Hotel & Spa to our family and friends. Every service offered was very good from the Airport Return Shuttle - the Driver, the Reception Team, the Chambermaids, the Restaurant Services (Chef, Waiters/Waitresses) and Spa Staff. They have endorsed goodness and kindness. It was a much more personalise stay at this Boutique Hotel. They have high standards, professional customers services, friendly atmosphere and picturesque scenery.

Beautiful boutique style hotel just outside of the city of Budva facing the mountains. Very quiet and all new. Really nice designs and colours, lovely setting. We had a nice room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The staff is very helpful. If you don't want to stay in Budva itself, this is a great option (Budva is crowded in the summer, lots of traffic, noice...).

The service was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable. I even got a great massage - which was a perfect way to finish our visit in Budva. And for our family - the location was also perfect as it was not inside Budva - which for us is too loud and crowded... few minutes drive will takeyou everywhere. The best thing is that the hotel is a few minutes from the best beach inBudva - Presno...! Perfect stay!

The location is far out from main Budva - which we didn't realise. We were without a car which made it difficult for day trips etc. The excellence of the hotel made up for this.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool and spa were nice. Breakfast was great.

Location was a bit remote. Had to rely on taxis a bit and not a lot of restaurants around. Hotel was great though.

The staff were friendly and kind, the pool was nice, very comfy room with nice fittings and a lovely view.

The spa was in a poor condition (admittedly due to flooding over winter), however it’s the middle of may. Jacuzzi out of order, sauna door didn’t shut so couldn’t heat properly, steam room was steamy but not warm. The massage I paid €90 for was more of a rub with oil, no technical skills used. The restaurant of the hotel was shut on Saturday night due to the staffs “shifts” / rota. At breakfast, I asked for soft boiled eggs, was given hard, sent back and received one partially boiled and one entirely raw egg. We were told all breakfast eggs are cooked in advance… food safety standards not great. Very sour, lumpy breakfast yoghurt that had certainly turned. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, mirrors were streaky and had a lot of marks, walls were not wiped down after last guests, generally dusty.

Saune and pool

Received a very warm welcome and were upgraded to Deluxe rooms which was a lovely surprise. Room was huge with a private balcony with a view to the pool. Its a boutique hotel with a great personal touch. Staff could not do enough for you and were always available for any question. Breakfast was good and varied with croissants, eggs, cheese, salads, yoghurts and fruit etc. We used the spa which was really nice and lovely to sit by the pool. Would definitely recommend this place. 10 minute drive to Budva old town and easy access to Kotor and other places.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We arrived much earlier than allowed but they allowed us to check-in and even upgraded our room to a Deluxe room which was stunning! The room and en-suite were very clean and they topped up toiletries throughout the week. It is a boutique hotel with a small number of guest rooms so facilities like the jacuzzi, gym and sauna are rarely occupied which was great for us. Breakfast was good - there was a wide variety of food from meats to cheeses to fruits, and a range of drink options. Hot food was also kept hot. Breakfast ended quite late (at 11am) which was great as it meant we could sleep in longer sometimes. All staff members are extremely friendly and helpful - on one occasion we were craving food at midnight so the receptionist called up all restaurants in the area to see who could deliver to the hotel. They always go above and beyond and make sure your stay is pleasant!

It is not walking distance from Budva, but it is only a 7 minute taxi ride which costs €6-10 each way. The hotel receptionist will arrange the taxi for you if you need, and you should ask the receptionist for the number of the taxi company (it is called 'OK Palma Taxi') because other taxi companies in Budva can be extremely expensive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service. The room was very clean and the hotel was decorated well. Good breakfast.
