The room and bathroom are large, quite quiet altho with the balcony rooms you can still hear vehicles at night (bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper), clean and they can fill your bottle up as there’s a tap behind the reception.

Breakfast is a bit of a messy process where you have to order the day before. The surroundings is a village so you will have to take a Grab out to most places, it’s at least a 15-20 min walk to popular spots for food or massage.

Super hotel, erg rustig met een fantastisch keuze ontbijt! Naast een heerlijk bed was het ook erg schoon! Het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Staff was so kind and helpful. One morning I needed breakfast before their normal start time due to an early pick up, they accommodated me no problem.

My only suggestion is to replace the lobby bathroom door from a louvered one to a solid door.

Super freundlicher Sevice Liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer Große Dusche mit Regenschauerdusche und hohen Wasserdruck Frühstück ala Card musste am Abend vorbestellt werden mit Zeitangabe und wurde daher sehr schnell seviert. Alles sehr lecker und dazu guter Kaffee oder Cappucino Schöne Dachterrasse um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen

Stunning boutique style hotel with exceptional service. Gee was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The rooms are spacious, stylish and spotless.

Schöne Zimmer und das erste Hotel, das ein Mückenschutzgitter vor dem Fenster hatte! Ruhig gelegen, saubere Zimmer und tolles Frühstück (ich hatte das koreanische Frühstück). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Viele nette Cafés und lokale Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

A nice boutique hotel with lovely staff. It feels like family owned and run place. Very clean rooms with comfy beds, walking distance to everything in old town.

The location was sensational, the hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff made the visit... the rooms were spacious and clean, the rooftop was fantastic.. The hotel is a little off the beaten path however it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. A cute small independent hotel that has a touch of class, super clean with an amazing staff, .. it's the personal touch that the hotel has that makes the stay worth the visit... the rooms are well organized and clean the rooftop common area is sensational... and realistically a 5 minute walk to the main street.. or 20 second scooter ride.... this is the hotel to stay

The staff were lovely and helpful. The lobby is a lovely area to sit and enjoy some free snacks and beverages and visit. We loved the breakfasts! They were hearty and custom prepared fresh for us based on our preferences. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is lovely. There’s a beautiful temple just around the corner.

The hot water in my room didn’t work well the first night - I thought it was because other patrons were all bathing or showing at the same time, but it turns out each room had its own hot water source! They resolved the issue quickly once I let them know there was a problem. I wish I’d known that the first night so I could have a had a hot bath right away. The way the staff handled the situation really impressed me. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the main night market or a 20 min walk to the Sunday night market. We sometimes opted for tuk tuks or grabs

Such a stunning bedroom, so spacious and comfortable and an unreal shower room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the common area was nice to eat in in the morning. They provide free tea and coffee and snacks all day.

La colazione va scelta in anticipo tra diverse tipologie. Per occidentali c'è la variante "continentale" con uova, pancetta, due fette di pane e una piccola confezione di marmellata. Poco per vegetariani, vegani e per chi è abituato a una colazione dolce.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, zum Stadtkern mit den Restaurants sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß, innerhalb der Altstadt. Beim Frühstück kann man aus sicherlich sechs verschiedenen Varianten wählen, uns hat das koreanische Frühstück mit mehreren Gängen jeden Morgen begeistert. Es wechselt ständig. Bei uns war das Frühstück enthalten, man hätte es ansonsten für 200 Baht kaufen können, was dafür ein sehr guter Preis für dieses tolle Frühstück ist. Leckeren Kaffee gab es so viel man wollte. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit: Wäsche wurde organisiert, und bei unserem Aufbruch zu einer sehr frühen Tour haben sie uns sogar Sandwiches gemacht, da wir nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen konnten. Auch die Organisation mit Taxen hat perfekt geklappt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sensationell - ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, die Zimmer gehen nach Norden. Im ersten Stock haben beispielsweise 201 und 203 eine (doppelte)Verbindungstür, die natürlich abgeschlossen war. Die Zimmer auf 05 hinten, liegen isoliert ohne Verbindungstür. Die Zimmer auf 01 liegen nah am Fahrstuhl, gestört hat das aber nicht. AC hat sehr gut funktioniert, war so mittel leise. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Das ist jetzt alles Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich erwähne es trotzdem. Mittags waren ab und an die frischen Handtücher noch nicht wieder aufgehängt/zurück aus der Wäscherei. Man konnte sich dann aber an der Rezeption trotzdem neue holen. Ab und an waren die Handtücher auch leicht grau, etwas abgereppelt mit hängenden Fädchen am Rande und erkennbar älter. Das sollte ausgetauscht werden. Für mich könnten die Betten wirklich weicher sein. Kühlschrank im Zimmer war recht laut, wir haben ihn nachts ab und an abgezogen vom Strom.

Staff and breakfast in particular were exceptional. Room was comfortable, well equipped in an excellent location. It was our honeymoon and the provided a little extra gift on arrival. Really nice stay. Would easily recommend this hotel.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer (204), ultrasauber, Wasserkocher/Tee/Kaffee, tolles Personal, günstiger Wäscheservice und das beste Frühstück, das wir in Asien bisher bekommen haben. Dafür kann man aus einer Karte am Vortag auswählen. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern dort und durften diese sicher im Treppenhaus abstellen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Mini-Manko: Zur Frühstückszeit drang dezenter Essensgeruch über den Balkon ins Zimmer, was unsere Begeisterung für das Haus nicht mindert.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit komfortablen Räumlichkeiten und super Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll mit sehr schönem Badezimmer und einem sehr guten Bett. Die Lage ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt zur City.

O hotel é lindo, aconchegante e pertinho de tudo. Moraria la 😹 A simpatia das pessoas e a sensação de aconchego foram os pontos altos. O quarto era enorme e super confortável. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza.

Teve só um dia que as toalhas acabaram, e só recebemos uma nova (estávamos em 2 pessoas), mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado. De resto, tudo perfeito!!!

La gentilezza dello staff la.pulizia è l eccellente colazione inclusa. La camera era lussuosa con tutti i comfort non avrei potuto scegliere un hotel più bello di questo.La mattina partivo per.un tour mi hanno preparato anche la colazione d asporto con il caffè che io amo..cosa dire un hotel a.5 stelle. È a pochi minuti dal centro . Ed il.letto comodissimo materasso da 10 e lode

Direi tutto perfetto l.unico neo forse.il.check.in che potrebbe essere un po' più presto ma ho colto l.occasione dopo il deposito bagagli di girare meglio Chiang mai. Questo non deve essere considerato un elemento negativo anche perché questo posto è veramente da favola ed elegantissimo

Het bed was geweldig. Dagelijkse schoonmaak ook fijn. De locatie was heel goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Er was een gedeelde balkon plek, die was ook zeer fijn.

De meeste ontbijt opties die we hebben geprobeerd, vonden we niet lekker, maar misschien was dat een persoonlijke ervaring. Dat het een bad heeft is fijn, maar het water wordt niet warmer dan lauw.

Nos gustó mucho el tamaño de la habitación, el salón principal, y la localización. El desayuno estaba muy bueno.

La limpieza de la habitación no nos resultó perfecta, aunque tampoco estaba sucio.

Me encanto todo, el baño espectacular, la cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy grande, limpia y acogedora. Muy amables en recepción y esta cuenta con un ambiente muy agradable con aperitivos gratuitos y sofás muy confortables para mejorar las esperas.
