We had a great time being able to feel like we lived in this beautiful home for 9 days with 16 of us. Great communication with owner the home was everything we hoped for and then some we will come back again!

The house was perfect for our family Christmas SLUMBER party. The owner met us for a walk through prior to our visit. The home provided us with the space to celebrate and enjoy each other. The owner was accommodating and at any time our concerns were addressed. This truly was a Christmas to remember.

Everything was fine except that there were almost no towels in the house. The listing also mentioned 2 bunk beds (4 individual beds) that weren’t actually in the house so a few of our group slept on the floor.

If you are looking for a place to get your large family together with enough epace for everyone, this is it! We had a few hickups, but the owner was very responsive and eager to resolve them. A tipsheet to use the fancy microwave would be good😀 We spend great family time with our 7 children, 4 of them.have spouses, and our 9 grands between 4 and 16 years old . Thanks to rhe iwner for availability and quick responses.

The rooms and property is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the pool, and theatre room. We had some difficulties with the oven, but the house was perfect for our event.

As many others have suggested there are a number of great reasons you might choose this property for a large group. There is a sufficient number of bedrooms/beds, and the ratio of bathrooms is very helpful. The pool and movie room are really great amenities to enjoy some family time together. However, the furniture is run down at best and the cleanliness leaves MUCH to be desired. It has been ages since this place has seen more than a four hour clean between guests. The kitchen cabinets, inside of the refrigerator and freezer and appliances have food remnants, drippings, and sticky residue. The floors have seen little more than a swifter and the rug under the small dining table is disgusting. I’m sure that there are a number of gatherings that get rowdy and less than hygienic, but at some level this needs to be managed to ensure that when guests stay they don’t feel like they are living in someone else’s filth. I had been looking forward to taking a wonderful bath overlooking the city only to be greeted with a dirty tub ( literal footprints) and another family member used a towel to wipe the mold off the side of another bathtub. Furthermore, bring some extra towels and washcloths. Yes laundry machines are available, but when you are provided with one towel and one washcloth per guest for the entirety of your stay (pool and bathing) you spend most of your vacation washing and drying. I hate to sound like a Debbie downer, but we really expected more. Heck we had TV’s in half the bedrooms, but never did find remotes for half of them. All in all, I would say if your looking to throw a bachelor party…go for it! If you aren’t concerned about cleanliness this might be up you alley. Otherwise, you might keep looking.

It was a great experience for our family. The owner quickly responded when we did need to speak with him. Plenty of room to spread out but still have quality family time.

Owner was very responsive. However, the property was not particularly clean. On one bed, the sheets had to be washed before using. Oven did not work until the owner gave us the trick to get it going. Two garage doors did not work. Pool was great. Access to property was good. Location is good.

The house itself was beautiful. Great for my wedding party to stay in the weekend of my wedding. However, there was a lot of appliances that were broken throughout the house. Such as the keurig, the game console, and arcade cabinets. Our first night there the power went out for 4 hours in the summer heat. The battery for one of the door sensors was malfunctioning on the back up power and the alarm sounded every 30 seconds during that time. We tried calling the owner and property manager who didn’t answer as it was from 1:30-4:30 am. The property manager told use the next day he only handles housekeeping issues. I ended up reporting the power issue to the electric company. We also found random hair ties in several rooms. They also had a cabinet that was addressed to our precious guests that was completely empty. Due to the power interruption the home Bluetooth was malfunctioning and the door sensor beeped all weekend, at least the alarm wasn’t going off anymore. Parking was also not best. Maybe 15 cars max. Otherwise we had a great experience. We would recommend for anyone having a large group gathering. The pool is off the second story and the basketball court is the parking lot. It is also at the top of a steep hill. But the views are great! It is three stories and one bedroom on the first of anyone has elderly staying with them.

The property needs some love and care from top to bottom. Built into side of hill so pool is not easily accessible particularly for elderly guests. Pictures show bunk beds that are not there and no curtains on window in game room either. AC on third level theatre room unable to cool. It is a nice sized property for large groups, but need some serious updating for the rates charged.

Rented for some of our baseball team while playing in Tulsa tour. Great times were had! Pool, basketball court, theater room, and large house worked perfectly. We plan to be back next year.

We had a great time navigating Tulsa while we were watching my daughter and son-in-law compete in the Iron Man competition. It was great to come back to this house and enjoy a relaxing time.

My family traveled from multiple areas to stay in this house for a graduation. There were 9 adults and 8 children. The children ranged in age from 8 months to 8 years with multiple babies and toddlers. The house was great and met our needs well. The rooms were large and the walls were thick enough that the babies didn’t wake each other up which is a huge deal when traveling with littles. The heated pool was a hit and the theater room far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was comfortable and large and the host provided k-cups for the Keurig and other coffee supplies, which was really nice. The only issues we had were minor. There were no baking sheets and no corkscrew in the kitchen. Because the house is so large and has a pool and pond, a couple of baby gates would have been appreciated. The microwave is not typical and we all struggled to figure out how to use it; instructions would have been helpful. Two of the three garage door openers weren’t working and apparently the property manager knew that. It wasn’t a big deal but if we’d known we wouldn’t have opened them and then had to spend a lot of time trying to get them back down. Finally, a few extra blankets would have been nice. Nevertheless, I’m still giving this place 5 stars because these issues didn’t significantly impact our stay and are just something to be aware of.

The property is exactly as described. A slice of beautiful paradise. Shrikant was so helpful with anything we needed. Outside, the heated pool was wonderful. Then the master shower and jet tub will help you relax before bed. Definitely recommend this stay!

Chose the mansion to house our bridal party and some extended family, as well as for the exquisite photo opportunities all over the property. It was a lovely weekend, with plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed.

We had a great time! Plenty of space (6 families- 19 people). Loved that there were big tables for all to eat together. LOVED having the fire place and porches to sit around and visit. Had such a fun Grinch Night and wrapped it up watching the movie up in the theater room with popcorn. Kids had a lot of fun down on the basketball court too. Could have used a few more blankets/ bedding ( for sofa beds) and we had to be creative in the kitchen to get some things done but we did get everything prepared! We would love to go back when we could use the pool and the grill!! We had a wonderful time!

The property was nice once we got in. It was a pit when we arrived & had to wait 30 minutes to occupy residence & the garage was a mess with open paint thinner. We did not have enough towels & washcloths for 20 people so we had to do laundry & no bedding for pull out sofas was available. For price of residence this needs to be corrected

We were a group of individuals that were horse showing with Adults with Unique Abilities. The house was very spacious and we had lots of room. We cooked most of our meals and were able to enjoy the pool and theater room.

This house was perfect for a large group! There was plenty of things for all ages of kids to do! We had kids ranging from 4-14 years old, and everyone was happy!
