This was our second time staying in this unit. Perfect location near the pool. Easy to park. Very clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Owners are great at communication. Main bedroom bathroom is very large. Beach chairs included with stay. Will stay at again!

Lovely stay at well appointed condo! Great quiet area of Panama City Beach for families; my little guy loved the pool and the older two loved the beach. The host responds quickly and is accommodating :)

We loved our stay at Ramsgate. We have stayed for 20 years a mile closer to PCB but due to booking issues we were forced to choose a different location. It turned out to be a blessing. Ramsgate was clean, quiet and its proximity to 30A as well as Panama City Beach is so valuable. We had the beach to ourselves almost which was very relaxing. The view from the balcony was awesome for a quick lunch in the condo or for watching the sunset. We will certainly be back.

This unit is always in pristine condition. We have stayed here many times and it is always wonderful. The location to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and shopping is ideal. Away from the hustle and bustle of farther east on the beach.

The sofa bed had broken springs, we tried to download pics but weren’t able to. We bought a blow up mattress, switched around sleeping arrangements but all was ok.

We so enjoyed our stay. Especially loved how peaceful the beach is in this area. No issues with the rental. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo looks just like the photos and was so spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook much (just breakfast) but the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We love staying on this end of the beach and it was not crowded at all for our stay. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and the communication with the owner was great. This complex is in a great location. It's quiet and not a busy area, but still close to things like Pier Park, restaurants, and stores.

We enjoyed a long four-day weekend in beautiful Sunnyside Beach. Kat was the perfect host. She was available to answer questions pre-arrival, during our stay and post stay. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach area. Having chairs and an umbrella part of the package was a plus. My husband was able to enjoy several days of fishing and I enjoyed getting to read on the beach. We grabbed seafood from a local seafood market and enjoyed it on the deck while watching the sun set. We only ventured out to eat once; however the area has plenty of options. A short drive to Grayson Beach provided some boutique shopping. Overall it was a relaxing and peaceful “staycation” at the beach. We will be back! Thanks Kat!!

We loved our 5 days at Ramsgate. It’s the perfect location close to 30A and Panama City but you get a private beach feel. The property as a whole is being updated and this individual condo was also updated. The only thing holding back from a full 5 star review is the king bed. It was very hard and I love a firm mattress, even just putting a topper on it like the owners have in the guest room would make all the difference. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this area to anyone!

We had some issues with the internet going in and out. There is new wifi and someone has it connected to the old wifi router so this may have been the issue. The beds were not the most comfortable. This unit did have the best AC of any place we've stayed at. The view of the beach is perfection. We used the patio a lot. Overall we had a really good trip!

Great property!

Our entire family loved our stay so much that it's hard to know where to begin! The condo accommodations were lovely and well-appointed; we especially enjoyed our meals on the balcony with a splendid ocean view. Beach access, pool and cookout facilities all were conveniently just moments away from our door, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a special treat! The condo is located just west of Panama City's hustle and bustle. It's calm and beautiful, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. All the PCB attractions are just minutes away - during our stay, we easily visited St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park and other favorites in Panama City, as well as the Bay Restaurant on 331 and shopping in Miramar Beach, before returning each day to the quiet beauty surrounding us at our condo. We highly recommend this property, and are looking forward to our next visit!

Traveler, beware!! I would encourage you to CONFIRM listing details for accuracy! When we booked, “heated pool” was listed as an amenity. When we arrived, our children were extremely disappointed to find the pool water was very cold and definitely not heated or swimmable. We reached out to the property manager who initially told us “it had the capability to be heated, but it has to remain below a certain temperature for consecutive days in order for them to turn it on”. At our request, she followed up with the HOA and then relayed to us “it had to be at least 70 degrees for the heaters to be turned on”. Despite also being the property owner, she claimed to be unaware of this ridiculous policy (but has since changed the VRBO listing verbiage to include ‘fine print’ - which is still misleading). Instead of taking responsibility for her inaccurate listing, she blamed us for not inquiring whether the pool was heated prior to arrival and said “she had done all she could do by requesting the HOA heat the pool”. We made numerous requests for a fair and reasonable 20% refund for the missing amenity. Instead, she merely refunded $100 as “a token of apology” for the “inconvenience”. It was also not disclosed the community is currently undergoing construction- which included loud noise from power tools before 9am. The actual condo is nice - although the king mattress was quite firm and our backs were aching by the end of our week long stay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by this property manager/owner’s response to the issues above. I have never submitted a negative review but felt it was necessary in this situation to warn potential renters to take caution with booking.

This condo in Sunnyside is close to all the bustle of Panama City but far enough away to be a quiet have. An easy drive took us to the pier for a day of drinks and shopping, to the State Park for a kayak session and another day a boat trip to explore Shell Island. Tons of great restaurants close by and a grocery store across the street. There was an issue of cleanliness when we checked in but Kat quickly resolved it. Can't wait to go back!

This is the 6th time we’ve stayed in this condo. It’s the best! Great location, beautiful decor, great layout of unit, easy parking. We’ve been coming to PCB for 35 years and this is our favorite place to stay!

Beautiful home. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC works great. They had plenty of everything we needed and some toys for kids. Hosts were really responsive. Plenty of parking for the two cars. Parking passes needed. View through the master bedroom and living room is the ocean. Really close to the walkway to the beach. Pull out couch available. Though the couch is also super comfortable. Great experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

So enjoyed staying in the complex, and the condo was perfect! The owner was very responsive to every question asked. It comes with beach service which is very nice. Location is away from the crowds. Will come again!!

Property was great and exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and updated. If I have to critique, it was the master mattress very firm and felt some springs. Also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so we ran out. One other thing is the $35 parking but we’re not complaining. Enjoyed the stay and will be back. Very easy access to beach and pool. Sq footage was amazing for a 2/2 condo at this price point.

We are a group of retired cheer coaches from GA. This is our 2nd time staying at this great condo. We love the location and access to the beach. Having a pool to cool off at after a long day at the beach is also great. If you need more than the allotted bed space, there is plenty of room for an air mattress. I would prefer that we be charged for the parking passes with our rental fee.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were beautiful. The furniture was extremely comfortable and updated. Everything was in great working order. Loved climbing only one floor to access the unit. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

We love Ramsgate Harbour. We have been coming here for over 20 years. There is so much beach space! Even when Ramsgate is full the beach is never crowded. It is perfect for our large group of friends and family. We stayed in unit 43 this time and LOVED it! It is beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back!
