Andreas the owner is a very helpful person who helped every step of the way. The owner took care of every detail. I definitely recommend it and hope to visit one of his apartments again someday. Once again Andreas thanks for everything. Mariusz with family

The BEST experience via booking.com so far. Our host was waiting for us at the apartment despite it was 11:00PM. Andreas showed us everything around the house. Where everything was how to use air conditioning, water heater etc. He was available under WhatsApp and very helpful. A cherry on top were some snacks in a fridge (fruits) and croissants for breakfast. Thanks to that we didn't have to rush for something to eat in the morning. I wish every host was like Andreas. Will definitely stay again once I'm back in Cyprus.

The apartment it's equipped ok, AC in every room, no dishwasher but this should not be a problem. The owner answer very quick to any message.
- there is need of black curtains for the main bedroom as is too much light;
- the windows don't seal ok as I could hear easily noise from the main road or from the garbage collector machine at 03:00 in the morning;
- another problem was with the fact that almost every day I could hear, early in the morning, some pigeons pecking on the roof;

It was a wonderful time in this apartment. All was very good. It was clean, Andreas waited for us and all time was in contact with us. Very short way to the beach, coffe bar and tawern. The bus to Larnaca every 15 min. Cost- 2€ per pers. Market is 7 min from aparment with all what we needed. We recomend this apartment 😊

Superior apartments, very comfy and clean. Good beds , good shower. In a kitchen you can find all necessary for cooking 👍Good equipment flat.
There you can find all you need to feel comfortable. Very helpful owner.

Andreas was a very friendly host and he was at the apartment at the right time. Also his care during the stay have to be mentioned. The location is not far from the sea, Larnaca and other destinations in the vicinity if you have a car. The apartment is very neat, quiet and we enjoyed our stay there.

I really liked that there is everything you need in the apartment. Spacious kitchen, comfortable shower. Also I want to mention about living rooms. Beds are really large and comfortable, each room has ac system. Wifi is good enough. I work remotely and wifi quality was the most important criteria for me. It's good enough for skype/zoom meetings with video (10+ persons).

They have everything you need. Very clean, stylish and cosy. Really pleasant to stay here. Wifi connection is very good. Closed to the sea. Location is very good.

Very Clean property , All facilities , Me and my family are more than happy and we are really sorry to leave the place , Lots of Shops around , beach very close ! Andreas is an amazing guy , he helped me to find much easy what i was looking for around there ! Very good staff ! I will come back for sure ! Thank you very much for everything 👍
