We only liked the size of the rooms and the setting. the beds were comfy so we slept well.

As we walked in all seems ok, however in the first night we notices there is a strong smell of toilet coming out from the bathroom which was clean. furthermore investigating we worked out that the smell is coming from behind of the toilet as they were missing something and the pipes were releasing the smell via behind toilet. Furthermore the bad thing was when I complained, the management demanded to be called back as we did not pick up the call so she left a message. There was no apologies made, and they did not seem interested to the fact that I cant use the toilet or the shower. I had to travel to Brasov to some friends to have a shower, otherwise id be sick in the shower from that smell. I believe the management called only to satisfy the booking.com people. So not only the fact that they knew the things are wrong with room 302 but the management wasn't interested to fix the problem (install a vertical outlet seal - 30 min job) but no apologies made or trying to change us in a different room despite the hotel was nearly empty. The cleaners knew that the things aren't right with the toilet being smelly as they were hesitant to talk or made eye contact, the feeling was like they were hostile to us. Despite the horrible smell coming out they did not bother to put some strong perfume to cover up or something. The first 2 floors carpets were disgusting dirty, a simple wet vac would clean them, but there is no willing to. the last night we were in, the Romanian kids broke off and the hotel got populated. you could hear fans going on and snoring from adjacent rooms. we will be looking in skiing elsewhere not in Romania. Overall the experience was ZERO stars, everything was pretty expensive for what it was, from local food to rent equipment. I am ashamed to say I grow up 25km away from this place. Good luck, we wont be coming back!

An amazing mountain view. The room is really cozy and well endowed with what you need for a 2-3 days stay. The bed is very comfortable .

the rooms were very cold, and the owner refused to pump the heat up and made fun of us" You came to the mountain not at the see" very disrespectful.Also I reserved an apartment on booking with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, we arrived and it was only 1 queen and 1 sofa. Absolutely awful. I dont recomend Igloo
