We absolutely loved staying here! Nice, peaceful place close to everything. We loved having beach towels, chairs, noodles, etc. provided to us during our stay!

Loved our condo .. close to the beach and close to Sarasota . The hurricane hit while we were there and was so grateful for the lady who informed us of electricity and water to be shut down . Need a redo !!! And would come back ! Had everything we needed

Had a wonderful time!! Loved the close beach access! And pool-time was fun too. Highly recommend this awesome place. Nice layout and the two queen beds were really a plus for us. Nice folks to deal with and so glad we chose Siesta Key and Jamaica Royale for our annual Vacay this year!!

We had a couple of small problems. It was taken care of in a timely manner. The location was perfect and it was a nice walk to the beach. We had no problem getting chairs for the beach. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The condo unit was spacious and clean. The outdoor spaces were amazing with an outdoor patio and resort -like beach. We watched beautiful sunsets on the beach each night. I highly recommend this property

The condo was wonderful. The area was so quiet. The beach is the best and the sand so soft we walked from the middle with no shoes on. We took a golf cart taxi to Olafs for ice cream. Just a wonderful week.

Everything was as described. You can’t beat siesta key and this condo was excellent.

We loved the location of this property. It was nice being on a ground floor property with easy access to the beach. Parking and unloading was a breeze as the parking spot is adjacent to the unit.

If you love sun, sand, and water, this spot is for you. Cute and tidy. Perfect for our small (adult) family get together. Would visit again. Only recommended improvements would be better sun umbrella (it was operational but slightly damaged) and better cutting knives in kitchen.

I think the property was fine. The toaster didn't work and there were no sheets for the pull out couch, but other than that, everything seemed to be good. I didn't personally stay there, nor did I see it. 4 of my friends stayed there.

Great week and wonderful accommodations. The unit was clean and far exceeded our expectations. Thanks for including the beach towels. The outdoor environment was relaxing and the beach was pristine!. The beds were very comfortable. Parking space was nearby and excellent. Looking forward to returning. See You Next Year!!!!!!!

It was pretty true to the pictures. Construction on large building was a bit noisy at the pool near the beach and the building completely shades the pool till noon. Beach is very beautiful. Condo needs a few tweaks but nothing major. Overall we had a fun trip.

Everything was great. Reservations went smoothly, place was in a convenient location to the beach, and was updated and fully stocked with all the needed appliances. I would definitely rent again.

Not the water views promised in the description, but still a great location with a short walk to the private beach. Was nice to have beach chairs/towels and even some sand and pool toys for the kids provided.

Pros: 1. Ease of booking - website was easy to use. 2. Good communication with the rental company leading up to visit. 3. Close Condo proximity to the Village as well as some of our favorite spots on the other end of the key. 4. Plenty of towels and beach towels 5. Free chairs to use on the beach. 6. Clean pool areas with ample access to garbage. 7. Condo has larger living room space for relaxing in larger group. 8. Condo has nice patio space. 9. Most pots/pans/paper goods covered in rental (if no more than 5 days) 10. Close proximity to beach area - short walk. 11. Convenient onsite parking. 12. Quiet area for the most part - optimal for relaxing. Cons; 1. Condo bathrooms were not clean upon arrival - huge hair clumps in bathroom. Note: management sent someone to clean showers ASAP upon notification. 2. Condo lacked a few basic kitchen items like frying pan. 3. Condo was renovated but master shower bath was not. 4. Master bed was sinking in middle and tilted downward causing significant back pain. Needs to be replaced before continued renting to guests. 5. A few extra blankets but no extra pillow cases or sheets provided. One extra pillow in closet without pillowcase. 6. Condo headline a tad misleading - boasted ocean view from patio but really just a small view from sidewalk on back patio - very far away. 7. Condo towers obstruct any ocean views from condo/pools except front pool. 8. Tower condos under construction with significant drilling noise next to front pool with ocean view. Condo is cute, quiet and of good value for the stay. Would be good for small families with children or groups of 2-6 who are looking for no frills, good value and great proximity to the village and other great siesta key stops. If looking for something updated with luxury finishes or beach front/ocean view, this would not be a good rental for you.

Lots of room, short walk to beach, clean, close to restaurants, local shuttle runs past property. All good!

Loved being so close to the beach. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it due to red tide, no fault of yours. Property has everything we needed and was very accommodating.

This unit was a perfect location for our quick weekend getaway with friends in Siesta Key. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and well organized for our group. We loved that it was just a quick ride to drinks and great food, as well as the private beach just a few steps away. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Well decorated and maintained. We appreciated the extra beach towels and chairs! The patio space is lovely, with such pretty landscaping, birds chirping, and rabbits. Felt like our little oasis. Not a bad walk to the beach & appreciated the chairs offered there.

The location was excellent and the property was very clean and well kept. Big, beautiful beach but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it because of Red Tide so we enjoyed the 3 pools. The Village has some very good places to eat and fun bars! Call frog hop for a tip only ride!
