Host was very responsive, via text, when needed. Location was great at the end of a cul-de-sac. Within a few minutes of downtown Chatham. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything anyone would need. Large, double fridge was handy. Great back porch with plenty of seating. Loved the King table (with umbrella) which seats 8 people (great for our party of 7). Downstairs room with the pool table was a hit with our adult children. Well stocked house with garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Loved that the back yard was up against a natural,conservatory. Full of wildlife and singing birds.

Everything about this well appointed house makes it an ideal Cape Cod experience for quiet, clean, and spacious days right near beaches and shops. We are already booked for next summer.

This was an amazing property and so well equipped and centrally located. Lois has thought of everything and the place is super clean with tons of beach stuff, towels, supplies, etc. We loved the property and it was perfect for our kids and the location to town was awesome. Would definitely come back!

The host is lovely! Very responsive through the booking process - and she met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour. The house is exactly as advertised and was perfect for us - we were three adults and two teenaged boys. The main living area and kitchen is open and lends itself well to family meals and conversations. There is a back deck well equipped with furniture and a grill and most importantly, a lovely private quiet area to sit and relax in the sun. The basement has lots of family activities , including fusball, pool, card table, puzzles and games. The house is incredibly well stocked (better than my own, honestly!) Everything you need is there and when I couldn’t find one item I texted Lois, she replied right away and told me where to find it. Location is outstanding. Main Street Chatham is a 20-25 minute walk or a very fast car ride, and Chatham is a wonderful central location for easy day trips to everything you could want to see on the Cape. All in all, this house and host made our vacation experience stress free and very enjoyable. Just exactly how you hope it would be! Highly recommend.

We came here for our family vacation and had a lovely week at this property. The house is clean and well appointed with just about everything you need. Well stocked with all of the essentials, and Lois is a very responsive host! The yard is beautifully landscaped( I wish I were here in early July to see the hydrangeas in all of their glory!) The large deck off the back of the house was a perfect spot for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. We’ve been coming to the cape off and on for many years and have found Chatham to be one of our favorite areas, and this house is in a great spot, convenient to everything!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chatham Breeze. The open kitchen/dining/living area and very well-maintained/manicured outdoor space (deck, lawn, fire pit) provided ample space for all six of us (and one toddler). We were very comfortable throughout our stay and anything we could possibly need was provided from oil and seasoning for cooking to extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Lois, the homeowner, is very sweet and easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

House has everything you need and more for a vacation at the Cape. The kitchen was very well equipped. More than enough space indoors and out for 6 adults on vacation and working remotely. The fact that we didn't need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels or any linen at all was a huge plus. Within walking distance of town and a great area to walk or run. Within a few minutes of several great Chatham beaches. Host Lois was wonderful and very accessible, if needed.

From the moment we arrived through our departure our experience at this home was incredible. The property manager was very responsive to all our pre visit questions, which helped us pack lighter. The house was perfect for a family vacation with stores, restaurants and town all walkable. The street is quiet with amazing conservation land views and a private backyard. Hopefully we can return every summer!

This house is amazing and in a great location. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with essentials. Lois was also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. We’d love to return for another vacation.

We went to this property with another family, total of 8 people (4 Adults, 4 Children). The host was great, the property and location is great, overall a great experience!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home, with ideal location near beaches and town! The home was well stocked, and comfortable! The backyard and evenings by the fire pit were so much fun. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool table on rainy days too! This trip was to celebrate our 50th anniversary, and be with family, and the house was perfect! We hope to return again! Thank you!

Our family had an amazing stay in Chatham over Memorial Day weekend. Lois was extremely responsive with any questions. Great location being minutes from shops and restaurants downtown. The pool table in the basement came in handy over the rainy weekend! Highly recommend.

The home was exactly as described with the added bonus of being the cleanest accommodations we’ve ever experienced. The home is outfitted with just what is needed for a welcome and comfortable stay. The host is available but not intrusive and very friendly.

This gorgeous property more than lives up to its description! Beautiful, renovated, clean--absolutely! But you have to be there, hanging out on the deck, to experience the quiet and peace of the location. Our host was a wonderful communicator and we are all so grateful for her flexibility in this pandemic season. The property and the host's care made our family reunion possible and perfect!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. It is clean and spacious. The best is the outside space. New cushions and a great fire pit. Suggestion for a little lighting out there - maybe some solar lanterns would be nice!

Chatham Breeze truly represents what Cape Cod, and more specifically, what Chatham is all about. The property is charming and inviting. All amenities are first class. The location is ideal; walking distance to town, but not in town. With the secluded location, we never heard or saw any neighbors.

This is an immaculate, lovely home within easy walking distance to town. Lois was wonderful to work with! Very responsive in advance of our stay, she met us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials so if you want to cook or grill at home, it is a pleasure. The backyard is perfect for relaxing with brand new, very comfortable outdoor furniture. We loved the fact that the house came with plenty of comfy sheets and towels! All in all, it was a perfect vacation in a truly lovely home.

We just stayed at the "Chatham Breeze" for the week and found it very comfortable and conveniently located. Lois provided almost everything we could possibly need and it was nice to have towels/sheets provided as well. We did bring in our own microwave but that was easiest enough. We would definitely stay there again!

This vacation home met or exceeded every expectation for our family of 5 including 3 teenage boys! The location is fantastic, because it's on a small cul-de-sac immediately off of and very close to the "heart of Chatham" - convenient to everything! The house is immaculate. We were pleasantly shocked to learn on arrival that there were 6 bikes and helmets all in good working order for our use, in addition to all of the other recreational games provided. The owners' care is apparent in every amenity, detail, upkeep, and cleanliness of the home. Owners are very responsive to emails and texts and a pleasure to work with. We just cannot say enough good things about this home and our experience!

We stayed for 2 weeks in July, 2017 and were very impressed. The house is impeccably clean and well stocked. For non-beach days, there is a pool table; air hockey; a foosball table; many board games; and several TVs with full cable. The back deck is great for cookouts and there is a large gas grill. The kitchen is modern and stocked with everything that you would need (dishes, plates, glasses, cookware, cutlery, etc.). All in all, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

My family has been staying at Chatham Breeze for many years now and it has become a place where fond vacation memories have been made. The house is extremely comfortable, whether you have the whole family come for a visit or it's just the two of you. It has a cozy feel with ample space for many visitors. The location is perfect, as it's a quick ride into town by car or bike, yet the house is nestled into a beautifully wooded area, where you can sit on the deck and enjoy the quiet solitude. The recent upgrades to the kitchen give this home a classic elegance with a gorgeous granite island to congregate around (which includes a wine fridge cabinet...very important!) I have to note that the most special part of Chatham Breeze is the owners. Lois and Carmine take great pride in their beautiful home and they are very gracious hosts! When they open their home to you they make sure that your every need is taken care of. And if it's not, they are just a phone call away. I wouldn't rent anywhere else in Chatham. Chatham Breeze was the perfect place to spend our family vacation. The house is very pretty! It's bright, comfortable, spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is big and open and delightful to cook in. We loved the huge granite island! We spent many relaxing hours on the private deck in the back which overlooked a nature preserve and our grandson had a great time playing in the back yard. The pool table and fuzzball table in the lower level were fun, too. We were also very pleased to find everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, beach games, cooler and sand toys for the kids. Bikes were also provided which were handy. My husband rode into town every morning. On our last night we had dinner at the "Longshore Restaurant" which we would highly recommend. It was only a 5 minute walk from the house. We ate outside on their beautiful garden patio and all our meals were delicious! Thank you, Lois, for opening up your lovely home to us and for being so nice and easy to work with! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful Chatham Breeze and were sad to leave! It definitely deserves 5 STARS and we hope to return someday soon. That being said, I did want to mention a couple small things to future renters. 1) The instructions at departure request that all towels be washed and put away before leaving. This is very inconvenient when you are packing up to go. 2) Although the web sight says you can walk to Chatham's Main Street shopping, it's a bit far along a busy road and some spots don't have sidewalks. 3) Lastly, it is not essential but it would have been nice to have a microwave.
