We had the most wonderful stay at Michael's house in Cape Coral. Michael was extremely communicative after the hurricane letting us know that the house and property were undamaged. The house was very clean, with very spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and furniture, and the pool area was so pristine. Adults enjoyed sitting outside all day in the lanai while the kids enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. We kayaked and fished the canals as well. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the second fridge in the garage for all our beverages. We will definitely look to stay here again someday!

This was an amazing property. Even though Cape Coral beach was closed due to the hurricane, there is an awesome pool and dock area on the canal! Can’t wait to come back again soon! Great house for larger families and lots of space!

This house was perfect for our family, we had plenty of room to be together and also room for privacy. We loved the pool and spa and the view of the canal. I think we used everything the house had available. The location is easy access to restaurants and stores. Michael was #1 in communication! Would rent again.

Incredible home. Well laid out, great floorplan. We spent the week there with our two sons and their families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids spent countless hours in the pool, the guys fished from the dock, and we also enjoyed the kayaks. I even kayaked with dolphins in the canal one day.

We had an amazing family vacation. We weren't too far from the beaches, restaurants and things to do. The house is beautiful and so much room for our entire family of 9 adults and 3 children. The entire family enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and was so nice to take evening walks. We would definitely recommend this perfect stay to anyone!

Perfect home for a large family! Beds were very comfy, pool was delightful, kitchen was great, the views were were so pretty, quiet area but close to everything, and the home had everything we could need and more! The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and give it 5 stars!

This house was everything we needed and more! With 6 adults and 7 children there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and well-stocked and Mike was AWESOME! Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We rented a boat for 2 days and it was so convenient to be able to dock it right at the house. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. The pool was the biggest hit and we were in it morning, noon and night. Because if the screen were were able to enjoy the outdoors well into the night without having any bug issues. We look forward to coming back many more times!!! Thank you!!

This vacation home had everything we needed and even more. It was gorgeous, and pristine. The kitchen was stocked full of anything you might need. There were plenty of towels. There were games, great tvs, and let's not forget about the beautiful pool and canal. We rented a pontoon boat and getting to the Gulf was easy. Michael was so easy to work with and we plan on coming back.

This was our first time planning a multi family getaway trip with our children, grandchildren and extended family, and it was priceless! From the original booking and throughout our entire stay the experience was stress-free and easy. Mike is very communicative and makes sure you have the best experience possible while staying in his home. All amenities and pictures are just as they are presented in the listing (or better!). You have everything you need to cook, grill, play, relax, enjoy local food and entertainment, and feel comfortably at home; and the quiet residential setting is perfect for early morning or evening walks and bike rides. The home is just minutes from stores and restaurants, and an easy drive to beaches, fresh seafood markets, boats, and islands. (About 45-50 minute drive to Sanibel and Captiva beaches and restaurants) The canal is a special bonus for kayaking! And we were blessed with the additional pleasure of kayaking with manatees on one occasion! I highly recommend a sunset kayaking, as the sun sets over the basin. Very peaceful and lots of stars to see. You can also enjoy the sunset poolside at the home (preferably with a frozen beverage in hand ;j ) We thoroughly enjoyed our family time and appreciate Mike and his family for allowing us to spend time together in the comfort of their beautiful home.

Our family loves the Cape Coral area and had a perfect stay in this property. Very clean with all the little extras that makes it easy to show up and relax! Owner was very easy to work with and offered many helpful hints to enjoy our Cape Coral stay.

We have rented several vacation homes over the years of travel and Michael's house is by far the best one. The communication from Michael throughout was excellent. We completely enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. The space was perfect for our large family, and everyone had a great bedroom, with wonderful common space to share. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed so much time in the pool. We spotted a manatee in the canal on our first day, too. And enjoyed a little fishing there as well. The location of the home allowed us access to several beaches, Fort Myers, Sanibel, and a day on Marco Island. Mike was a wonderful host, and helped point us in the direction of wonderful restaurants and sights to see. It was an amazing week.

The home was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool was heated so was very comfortable. We fished in the canal and caught catfish which was fun for our teenagers. The owners were very responsive to questions and provided some nice "extras" such as beach mats, lots of towels, cornhole boards, kayaks, etc. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Fantastic property! Very quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool was fantastic. The house was spacious and well taken care of.

We loved the pool and spa!

This house was perfect for us! Spacious rooms and very clean. We so appreciated the coolers and beach stuff available. We ended up going to Lover's Key one day, and went to the eco-tour at Babcock Ranch (gators). Although honestly our kids just wanted to swim in the pool every day! We loved the fishing from the dock and caught some jacks and blue crabs. Our teens went down to the fishing peer most nights to fish and caught an (almost) 40" redfish and a sawfish. Really fun time! The host was excellent at communicating and we really appreciate all of the extras that made this a truly memorable trip for our family. Thank you from a grateful MN family :).

This house is right on the Canal. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee by the water and kayak in the afternoon. The layout of the house makes for many hours of family time together. We enjoyed Fort Meyers beaches as well as Sanibel and Captiva. Don’t miss Manatee Park and breakfast at Buckingham Farm afterwards. We also agree with Mike and Stephanie that Lobster Lady is Great!! The house is well equipped and Mike was always available to answer any and all questions.

Our stay was great! The owner was always available when needed for anything. The house was spacious and clean. We were 11 and fit very comfortably and plenty of spaces to hang together. Would definitely like to come back.

This property is better the photos portray. It is quiet, plenty of space and conveniences are close by. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. House was VERY clean. The only suggestion for guests is to bring toiletries. We arrived late at night and hadn't packed shampoo, etc. The owner was very responsive from before booking to check out and even during a tornado event! We highly recommend this property and would return without hesitation.

We had so much room to spread out in this beautiful home. The pool and canal were wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. Cape Coral has many things to do and is central to places to visit. The neighborhood is so nice for walking. Mike was always available and helpful before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend, especially for large family.

Perfect home for a family event. Nice and roomy with a very open living area. Plenty of bathrooms and a great pool and hot tub. Host was easy to contact and get a quick response. Would love to return again.

This was a great house for us. It fit 3 families comfortably! I don’t think the kids came out of the pool except to sleep and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Everything you need is supplied, as far as kitchen utensils, towels, plates, etc. We loved having the fishing poles available to us. Many nights a few of us would fish off the dock. The only downside we found was that it was a little bit of a drive (about 20 minutes) to the beach, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. 100% recommend this house!

Our family group of 12 had plenty of room. The pool and spa area was fabulous.

This was a great place to stay! It had everything we needed, for 8 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and there was room for everyone. The pool was great, we brought a boat and the access was perfect. We loved the kayaking too.

From the booking , check-in and all during our stay Michael was awesome and very respondent to anything we needed. His beautiful home was perfect for our 3 kids and spouses and grandchildren to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We all had king bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 double beds for the grand boys and a pack and play for our infant granddaughter. We enjoyed the pool and spa everyday and the boys learned to swim while we were there. We kayaked in the canal a couple of days and wished we could have brought fishing poles because we would have enjoyed that too. Provided adult and child lifejackets came in handy for an awesomeboat ride we took with friends where the dolphins followed in our wake. The kitchen is generously supplied with everything we needed to make breakfast and we utilized the grill on the Lanai often. Recommend Jets pizza who delivered the 1st night we were there and there's so much to do in the area we didn't want to leave. Thanks Micheal we hope to be back again!

Large spacious bedrooms, with a highly functional kitchen along with a heated pool/hot tub were the highlights. Two large dining tables and an extra large refrigerator in the garage were an asset. Ideal for a reunion with our family and friends.

10 family members ranging in age from 6 y/o to 78. Nice spacious home with everything needed to kick back and relax. Close to beaches, plenty of area information for restaurants, excursions and shopping . We absolutely loved our stay!

Though our vacation was cut a bit short by a family emergency the time we were there was amazing. Quiet area and the house was exactly as described! Great beaches though you have to drive a few miles!

Everything was exactly as expected. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pool and hot tub were large and clean. Plenty of room for our family of six, and could easily handle more. We had an issue with the hot water and Mike (the owner) was extremely attentive. He answered my text instantly. He had a plumber out and everything was fixed in probably an hour from the time I notified him of the situation. Great host. I can't stress enough how easy he made the entire process. We would definitely stay again!!!

It was just as it appeared on the site. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Clean and comfortable. Great pool area for fun in the sun. Enjoyed the kayaks and fishing in the canal. Good location for restaurants and not too far to Sanibel.

This is one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in. The pool/hot tub we enjoyed greatly. There was great communication with the owners. The location was great. The men in my family enjoyed fishing in the canal. Thank you for this amazing vacation.
