Wir wurden am Anreisetag freundlich vom Wohnungseigentümer empfangen und er hat uns mit einer Führung durch die Wohnung mit der Technik und Besonderheiten vertraut gemacht. Das Objekt ist in einem Top-Zustand übergeben worden und wir sind keineswegs von der Beschreibung und den Fotos enttäuscht worden. Nicht nur der Blick auf den See, sondern das Objekt an sich hat seinen Reiz mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Galerie und der schönen, hellen Holzdeckenkonstruktion. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet!! Eine schöne Ferienwohnung ist für uns schon ein großer Teil eines gelungenen Urlaubs! M. Herold

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, direkt am See und alle Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Sehr wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekamen wir schon nach der Buchung. In Corona Zeiten muss man allerdings sehr frühzeitig Tickets (z.B. für Schlösserbesichtigungen) buchen, was wir schlicht weg nicht bedacht hatten. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr freundliche und persönliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter mit ausführlicher Vorstellung der Wohnungsausstattung, der in der Umgebung befindlichen Infrastruktur und vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen im Umfeld durch eine ausführliche Informationsmappe. Die Unterlagen wurden uns bereits zum Zeitpunkt der ANmietung übermittelt. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet in direkter Seelage, trotzdem sehr ruhig - eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

We enjoyed our stay. Stephan was there to meet us and showed us around and how everything works. It's a big place and he was very thorough. He made great suggestions about the area, what to do and how to get around. Stephan was very thoughtful and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going okay. By far, this has been our best VRBO. Communication was wonderful and the property is accurately reflected in the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful and safe place to stay.

This beautiful well maintained two bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the best location in Herrsching overlooking the lake with the promenade right outside your front door. From the minute we booked this apartment for two couples, the owner was incredibly prompt and thoughtful with the communication. He accommodated our arrival, welcomed us warmly, and provided us with very useful and complete information regarding our stay. (This was truly exceptional service!) The apartment itself is very well appointed and worked very well for two couples as it has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The pictures and the listing are completely accurate so you know exactly what you will be getting during your stay. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated with many conveniences. The apartment is perfectly located close to local shops and restaurants as well as the train station into Munich so you really could do without a car if you wanted to. We did have a vehicle and had access to an outdoor or underground parking stall which we used. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all the equipment and tools you will need for making casual meals. We tended to eat breakfast in and then have supper at one of the recommended restaurants in the area. The location of the apartment was very convenient for going to Neuschwanstein, Dachau, Andech's Abbey, Mittenwald, Garmisch-Partenkinkirschen, Munich, Starnberg, and many other sites in the Bavarian region. We did take the train into Marienplatz in Munich (as suggested by the owner) and the train was easy to take and took away any of the hassles of parking in a busy city centre. But just enjoying the pleasures of walking the promenade and having a beverage at one of the various outdoor establishments overlooking the lake might be our favourite memory. Overall, we have stayed at a number of HomeAway or VRBO properties in Europe, Canada, and the United States, and I can honestly say that the property and the service provided by the owner is right at the top. A week is really not enough in this part of the world - and at this beautiful property -- so plan accordingly.

I stayed here about a week in September and the property exceeded our expectations. It's a great location, well equipped and certainly as advertised. I can't think of a reason to be disappointed with this property. Stephan was a pleasure to work with as well.

Wow...what a wonderful place. We had a fabulous time at this tranquil lakeside apartment. My wife and I have stayed at several places and we have to say that by far this is one of the best! The decor, the linens, the dishes, the amenities, everything was very well thought out. We've already purchased a DeLonghi Nespresso machine like we had at the apartment because we loved it so much! Stephen was a wonderful host and met us at the apartment upon our arrival to go through operations. He was available via email and responded quickly to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect with restaurants, grocery stores, deli's, shops, beer gardens, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, the ferry, and train station, all within a 5 minute walk. Had wonderful meals at Steg 32, Seehof Biergarten, Ristorante Seespitz Da Mario and ordered pizza to go from Restaurant Promenade Herrsching to eat on the bulkhead and watch the sunset. It's a great central location to take day trips to Munich City Center, Neuschwanstein Castle, Andechs Monastery Brewery etc. You can swim in the lake, go for a stroll on the boardwalk or just sit on the deck and take it all in! The apartment is a well equipped with a lot of light, a small balcony in front of the lake promenade. we found everything we need there and had a wonderful 6 days stay. the place is close to Herrsching center but quiet. we can recommend this apartment to everybody that is looking for a peaceful place

Simply faultless! A warm welcome to a wonderful modern apartment right on the Ammersee with mezzanine, extremely tastefully fitted out with modern decor and quality fittings. We had an awesome time, the beds & linen are so comfortable - I really recommend this apartment. Stephan speaks English fluently should you need assistance and is very quick to respond. Restaurants, supermarkets etc are all handy and Munich Hauptbahnhof is a short commute.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr exklusiv, sowie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch umgeben von guten Restaurants. Stephan und seine Frau haben mich herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Gleich am selben Abend meiner Ankunft haben sie sich erkündigt, ob alles ok sei oder ob was fehlen würde. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung zu jedem, der in einer exklusiven Atmosphäre ausspannen möchte. Ich selbst würde später wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
