It is nice to travel again and this apartment was a perfect place to enjoy several days in Dijon. The city was beautifully decorated for the holidays and our host even put up a small tree in our unit. The location in the city center makes it easy to walk in this very walkable city. Hope we can come back on a future holiday.

Vivian is a wonderful hostess. She provided a lot of information about sites to visit and restaurants. The place is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. I highly recommended staying here when visiting Dijon.

La Lousy is exactly as pictured and described. The central location in town means that everything is within walking distance for you. Vivienne was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was lovely even recommending restaurants and wineries in Beaune to visit. Dijon was picturesque with Christmas decorations everywhere and felt like a fairytale! Would highly recommend visiting Dijon and staying at La Lousy. You will not be disappointed!

Superlatives in order when rating this property. Viviane, owner, communicated effectively from booking through existing; and was helpful and prompt whenever contacted with questions or assistance. The best cost value in Dijon. The best location in Dijon. The apartment amenities are like home with every area being well appointed, clean and comfortable. Walking around Dijon from the apartment is easy and convenient. Groceries, bread and pastries, wine shops and restaurants and historical sights easily walkable. If we are lucky enough to return to Dijon, we will definitely plan ahead to insure being able to book at Loisy again. The great wine region on Burgundy is at you doorstep and Viviane has knowledge and experience to guide you through selecting opportunities to meet your needs. The apartment was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and it was a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. The location could not be more perfect: beautiful and historic Notre Dame de Dijon and a wonderful boulangerie were a few minutes from our door.

Le Loisy is a nice, small apartment and in a great location from which to explore Dijon. The check-in process was smooth and helpful, and the apartment had most things for a pleasant 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and it was very quiet despite the first-floor, urban location. Parking was very easy as well. My suggestions are: be more specific in the apartment description about the open shower/sink room (minimal privacy) and the showerhead height (my husband is over 6 ft tall and the shower head came to his chest but he was able to manage for just 3 nights); supply at one full roll of toilet paper (there was an almost empty roll when we arrived on Saturday after the stores were closed and luckily we had some with us from our rental earlier in our trip; provide small hand towels in shower/sink room. Overall , it was a nice place to stay in lovely Dijon and the location is perfect..

Nice ground floor unit a great location, next to the cathedral. Very quiet. Unit was a little strange as the toilet is in a small closet adjacent to the dining area. The shower head was designed for people less than 6 feet tall. We woiuld certainly stay there again.

A beautiful ground floor apartment for two people so no lugging of luggage upstairs. Decor and facilities were excellent and the location just near the Notre Dame, Tourist Bureau and the centre-ville was great. Was able to walk to and from the railway station in about 10-15 minutes with our bags. A super marche was around the corner with everything you could need. A patisserie was just opposite the apartment on the corner near the Cathedral. The owner always responded in a timely fashion via emails however, had problems getting a response to texts from property manager although was able to contact if I phoned. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location can’t be beat. Check in was easy. The apartment is fairly spacious and very quiet. A few things could be improved-a couple of hand towels, box of tissue, better toiletries, better wine glasses (this is Burgundy!), general upgrade for dishes and flatware. Not looking for the best of everything, just a bit better to give the impression of luxury. Would give 5 stars with a few small improvements.

One minute from an excellent boulangerie. Five minutes from the food riches of Les Hall. Ten minutes to SNCF via efficient tram. Very well appointed, with convenient ground-floor entrance.

Wonderful place to stay, fully equipped with everything my wife and I needed, and Alexia was an excellent host readily available with any questions we had. Le Loisy definitely made our experience in Dijon exceptional. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the Burgundy region!

We really enjoyed staying at the Loisy. The location is just steps from Les Halles, the ducal palace and other historic sites. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen works well for cooking (not just heating food). The high speed internet worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Location...amazing. You Literally walk around the corner and the bistros, the wine shops, the Notre Dame of Dijon are right there. The apartment itself is beautiful. Tastefully and artfully decorated , it was nicer than a very expensive hotel. This apartment ended up being one of the highlights of our stay in Dijon.

My wife and I spent a happy week in Viviane's beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Dijon. Viviane was charming and helpful, even picked us up from Dijon Ville train station and told us where we could find a convenience store open on a rainy Sunday night. The apartment is perfect for two people. We like to walk and the location, opposite the church of Notre Dame and a couple of minutes walk to the Palace of the Dukes and around the block to Les Halles, could not have been better. From this central spot we walked the entire city and took a day trip to Besancon from the station which is only a 15 minute walk or a quick tram ride away. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a fabulous artisan patisserie/boulangerie just along the street. The apartment faces the street on one side and a quiet courtyard on the other. Street noise was not a problem for us with the windows closed against the cool night air. We highly recommend the apartment and Dijon.

First, please be aware that the photographs do absolute justice to this beautiful apartment. As soon as you walk in you know you are going to enjoy being here. We have just spent 6 weeks in Le Loisy and almost feel like we are leaving home tomorrow. The owner has been so welcoming and helpful and always available. The furnishings and equipment are first class and the use of space has made for a very liveable place. I don't believe you could find a better geographical location in Dijon. Le Loisy is in the heart of the old part of town, right near the Cathedral and just behind the amazing Les Halles Market area where there are restaurants all around the market building. One of the best boulangeries in Dijon is across the road and you can go over with your robe on (and overcoat on top) and boots early in the morning to get delicious croissants and wonderful breads. Everything in the center of town is within walking distance and the excellent tramway system is just a short walk. There is a free inner-city shuttle bus that stops right nearby but you dont' need to use it. The antique area is behind the cathedral and here you can find small boutiques and gift shops as well as the best pizza restaurant in town. The heating (it is winter now) is superb and the windows of such high quality you never hear anything outside. This apartment is on ground level and the enormous building door opens into a lovely classical French courtyard onto which your dining room and kitchen windows look. You won't find anything better than Le Loisy for your stay in Dijon.

A wonderful place in the heart of Dijon. My mother, daughter and I stayed for two wonderful nights.... Wish it were longer. We were right near the big Halle's market, many restaurants, the cathedral and more. Vivianne took the time to point out different places to eat shop or visit. An informational book on the apartment and area is made with lots of care and detail. We were very comfortable and happy here. We will rerun one day. The flat was perfect, and Vivianne was so kind, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you ! See you next time.

La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse ,de très bon conseil , et à la moindre demande , d'une grande disponibilité.
