Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The condo was big enough for our family.We have 4 children ages 11 - 2 who absolutely loved the pool area.

Nice, neat, clean. We only slept there so didn’t use kitchen laundry or property. Porch looked very nice though we didn’t use it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband and myself were the only two in the condo for the stay. With that said, Cinnamon Girl is most definitely large enough and has all the appointments that a group of six would need for a wonderful week!

Easy check in process. Easy access to beach, Amenities are great w/ pools, restaurant and a splash pad. We have stayed at cinnamon beach several times it has become one of our favorites!

We had a short two night stay. Very clean and comfortable. And quiet. Slept late both mornings. Highly recommend.

This was a great rental for our first visit to Palm Coast. My family of 5 was very comfortable in Jeff's place. We had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and nicely maintained with 3 spacious bedrooms and updated kitchen. Jeff's communication was perfect. The walk to the beach was very short even for little kids (less than 5 min). The pool areas were fantastic including the splash pad for little ones. And the gated neighborhood felt very nice and safe. We absolutely loved our stay and will come back again!

My husband and daughters ages 11 and 8 had a great time playing in the sand, swimming in the pools and hanging out in the condo. The property had everything we needed- even extras that most VRBOs don't provide like sand toys, hand soap and extra beach towels. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Location was great! There were a few things missing that were supposed to be included. Also there were no garbage bags and the owner just told me to go buy some. I also got a message from the owner wondering why the door was being opened so much. With a family of 8 it’s easy to do. Not the best experience but we did still enjoy our stay. The cleanliness wasn’t an issue until we saw ants. A little ant killer would solve that problem!

Couldn't as for more. Everything was taken care of for us, great place, very comfortable and clean, anything and everything you needed was there and the owner made the whole process super easy.

We had a great stay at the cinnamon girl while visiting our sister. The condo was just what we were looking for. Close proximity to great beach towns and restaurants and yet it was hard to leave the pool and splash pad at the resort. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks or to just relax and catch up with the family. We only wish we had more time to enjoy it all!

Location is beautiful. Property is well maintained. Condo is clean and spacious. Exactly as advertised. We visited all of the pools as well as the beach. Beach trip could not have been easier with our family of 8! Jeff has all the essentials needed waiting for you to visit the pool, beach or to spend the day just relaxing in the condo. Bedrooms are perfect for a large family and beds very comfortable. Without hesitation we recommend a stay here! We will be back! Jeff was the perfect host and we are so happy we chose his condo!

My family recently had a wonderful stay at the Cinnamon Girl. The quality of the furnishings was great. The location was a close 5 minute walk to the beach on property and a close drive to several other area beaches. I recommend driving to Matanzas Inlet for sunset. The owners is extremely responsive. I had an issue with the garden tub (likely user error) and he came over that morning to check it out and give further explanation of how it works.

Cinnamon Girl was amazing. My family traveled for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed everything. Definitely a must stay property.

Staying here with my family is more than I could ever have dreamed the space was beyond amazing along with the rooms and even the host! It made our stay the most delightful experience. My mother in law asked me to help her book a place that would suit us all (my husband and I 2 children (6,4) and my mother in law) this condo did just that it made us feel like home the whole time we were there to the point my children asked if we could permanently move in. The view was amazing also! We were close to the beach and pools. Outside of town but close enough we could hop over and shop around if we wanted. The host was also absolutely amazing the outside table was super unstable when we got there and he brought us a brand new table a few days later! The beach chairs and toys were great for the beach and my kids loved having some to play in the sand with. We will most definitely be back as soon as we can as this was the most memorable trip we have ever taken!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Condo was very clean and comfortable and the surrounding property is beautiful highly recommend.

The condo was great, had everything that we needed including beach items. The only negative is that the air cannot be turned below 74, which was too warm for our comfort. Other than that, the unit was wonderful!

Loved the place.!

We just spent two nights at the condo and it was fabulous. It was our fifth or sixth time staying in this community but our first time in this building and this specific unit. The description and photos were spot on, which I appreciated. The kitchen was adequately equipped, towels are nice, beds were comfortable. While we didn’t end up using them, I did really like that the Storage locker had beach chairs and a beach wagon. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which in my opinion is one of the best things about this community. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cinnamon Girl. The condo was perfect for our vacation. The beds were comfortable and they had anything a renter might need on hand which made it nice. The owners were prompt in responding to questions which made the rental and check-in process easy. The condo is in a beautiful area, just a short walk from the beach or pool.

The location is perfect for a relaxing weekend. We were there for a very low key bachelor weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. Great family spot for a chill getaway.
