I had a power outage for two days prior to my intended stay, as I was in the Mentawais. I tried to reschedule on the day of my intended arrival and the person who responded was very short with me. I understand that it's fair because their policy but I would have appreciated if the staff member that I spoke to was a bit more empathetic and polite, seeing as I lost 400k+ due to circumstances that were not my fault.
I am not asking them to change their policy or make exceptions for me, just to be treated with the politeness that many other hotels have shown me.

Comfortable bed. Good Buffet breakfast but without the Freshmilk. The room is small, but u can pray at Prayer Hall at level 2. Free welcome drink coffee and tea.
Cleanliness can be improved. Just light brush will do. Siram2 isn't adequate. Toilet paper 🧻 ran out .

This is my first time visiting West Sumatra. One of the cities I visited was the city of Padang. while in Padang I stayed at @amarishotelpadang by @amarishotels The hotel location is very strategic in the city center. Nice hotel, friendly service, affordable prices and delicious breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended for those of you who will visit Padang.
