Удобное месторасположение, идеально для тех кто улетает из Шопена, в шаговой доступности торговый центр,чистая постель, в коридоре есть мини кухня.В номере холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе.Для однодневного прибывания вполне прилично.
Двухместную кровать хотелось бы с одним матрасом, разезжаются.

Don’t like at all, Ukrain staff give very hard time . We book with 2 kids family room but they give us normal room and once I ask them they say only oh then we wait outside property 20 minutes with 2 kids (3 years & 11 years ) outside heavy rain they don’t care about it after my kids got fever and cold , first Ukrainian staff refused to give family room room . They Don’t know speak English and polish .
Staff like to blackmail us . Property take money family room give us normal room .

A cozy clean and quiet place, although at first it seemed that we had arrived in a pro zone. There is a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. I recommend

Daily cleaning has not happened and also I have sent a request for check out time for 7.30pm and they have approved. When I reached the place they said sorry we can't give more time you have to check out by 12pm only. Which is unfair. Why should they accept and why should they say no when I have reached at the reception check in time

Room is perfect for one person and is great value for money. It's clean and comfortable, and well located (close to the airport but not far from the center).

For some reason I didn't realize the facility doesn't serve breakfast. It came to me as a surprise and slightly misoriented my choice. So I would suggest booking.com puts it clear for the User if there is NO BREAKFAST served within the facility. Would really help to make the best choice.

Hotel's stuff was friendly. They speak multiple languages.
We came as a big group, and we had to change some of the rooms because previous clients smoked there. Hotel should be charging clients for smoking.

It was very noisy. There is no soundproofing and as the result all moves and voices we were able to hear. Especially it's annoying at 8am on Sunday.

Prepaid accomodation were closed, there were nobody at reception at 23.55 (working time till 0.00), and nobody picked phone. We were forced to look for other accommodation at night and take a taxi for 70 from Warsaw. At night, with small kid.

Nice and really big room with bathroom inside. And amazing stuff who made for me invoice in advance and left in a room coz i check-in late and check-out early.
