First and foremost the host Jamie is terrific. Easy to work with, timely responses and helpful. Location is great, neighborhood is great, views are great and the house is great! The home is spacious, well appointed, well equipped and en-suite bathrooms make the home perfect for entertaining guests. Look forward to staying here again, definitely a 5 star property.

This is the best house and homeowner I've had in 15 years. Jamie is the nicest person. Always answers my texts immediately and handles any issue promptly. The house is beautiful and big enough to handle a large family or a group of golfing buddies. The pool area is large, beautifully landscaped with great views of the mountains and the course. Shopping, golf courses and Old Town LaQuinta with it's great restaurants are all less the 10 minutes away. I'll be renting again.

This is an amazing property in La Quinta. The home, the views and the pool were all perfect for our winter vacation. Jamie and her husband were very responsive anytime we needed anything. This was an amazing vacation spot for our family that ranged from a 3 year old to an 83 year old.

We enjoyed everything about this property - the yard, pool, house, walking each morning in the beautiful neighborhood. There were a few small issues, owner was very responsive and super easy to work and communicate with. A fantastic house!

Beautiful home for our family holiday celebration.
This is a gorgeous home, in a wonderful location with everything you could want! The pool and spa were a highlight! Three fireplaces created a wonderful ambience on cool desert nights. The home was beautifully decorated, beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the separate casita providing extra space and privacy. Our host went out of her way to make us comfortable and communicated before and during our visit to make everything perfect.

Perfect Desert Oasis
Rancho La Quinta is one of the premium developments down in the desert and the home is spacious, well appointed with everything one would need and the backyard is like a private resort. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful get away in the Palm Springs area.
Their house is very big, including the amazing casita, it fits many comfortably with everyone having their own en-suite bathroom. The backyard has everything, warm pool, huge jacuzzi, BBQ, fireplace, grass area if you have a dog and a great view of the mountains. I highly recommend this house.

Easy, pretty respite in the desert
Our family spent two and a half weeks here during June 2020. We enjoyed our time in this clean, spacious, well equipped home with detached casita.

Desert sunset heaven on earth!
We wanted to rent a home in LaQuinta as we were looking to buy. I can't say enough good things about the owner, the property and the community! The home has a perfect layout allowing guests to have no shared walls for bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. The large kitchen and living rooms areas are great for the "all together" time. The pool area is amazing with multiple seating areas and an incredible mountain view sunset. RLQCC is a friendly community with all saying hello and waving as you pass each other on morning walks. We loved the rental so much we ended up buying a similar property down the road!

LA QUINTA OASIS
I HAVE WINTERED IN LA QUINTA FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS AND THE MAAS HOUSE IS ONE OF THE NICEST PROPERTIES. THE FLOWERS, LANDSCAPING AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR. THE HOUSE IS RECENTLY REMODELED AND IS EXCEPTIONAL. THE OWNERS USE THE HOUSE SO NOTHING IS LACKING. THE POOL AREA WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE WITH IT"S GOLF COURSE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. JAMIE IS THE BEST. TEXTS WERE ANSWERED WITHIN A HOUR AND ANY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR PROPERTY AND I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR.

Making Memories
First let me say the owner Jamie was wonderful to work with, she was responsive to our all our needs. This house is beautiful, and a great location on the tee box of the 9th hole, watching the sunrise, sipping our coffee, listening to the bird’s chirp in the background and then enjoying the pool all day will be hard to duplicate when we return home. The house is spacious plus having a casita mad it great for entertaining guest. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need plus it’s centrally located to shopping and entertainment. We will rent this house again and you should rent it as well.
