The pool was lovely . The staff were friendly. Transport from and to the airport.

False advertising - room did not look anything like the pictures. Wanted a superior room to be able to self cater, (as per picture of a kitchen in the room), however there was only a kettle and very small fridge. Advertised balcony with views of mountains - both tiny balconies housed old air conditioner units , so definitely no space to sit on a balcony, with immediate views of local housing etc. Had endless trouble with the electrics in the room, with the plugs being faulty. The free wifi was intermittent and had to get new codes every day, so first thing in the morning, before getting a new password, didn’t have wifi.

I liked everything. Great hotel & fantastic facilities & location. Would definitely recommend.

This is a quality and clean property, perfect for a short stopover. Close enough to the airport to walk, they also have a courtesy bus. The pool and restaurant/bar are a great touch.

Love the pool and restaurant area. Amazing view from the pool. Gym was good too. Great spot to stay after arriving/before going to the airport.

I think this is more a 3 star hotel, as they don’t have bottles of water in your room and the building itself seems slightly old. The views from the rooms and hallways also aren’t great. But I was very pleased with the pool and restaurant, so I absolutely recommend staying here. The receptionist was also very accommodating.

Hallways are a bit creepy

This property is very conveniently located near the Phuket Airport and provides regular free shuttles. Having a 5 minute drive to the departure entrance sure made our morning flight much easier to navigate. My grandchildren absolutely loved the family room with a loft. And, we also enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant.

East accomodating. Best location to Beach and airport. Rooftop bar was perfect . We had room service - food was on point ! Cocktails were delish !

After arriving on a late flight it was the perfect place to stay for the one night. A very comfortable hotel. Our children loved the loft bed and buffet breakfast. We also appreciated the free shuttle from airport to hotel late in the evening.

Sadly we couldn’t use the pool due to strong wind and rain but that’s not the fault of the hotel….just bad weather timing and pool located outside.

It was very close to the airport. Perfect for us since we were going back home and didn’t need to travel far to get to the airport.
