Perfect get away!! Excellent service - if something needed response time quick! Beautiful home, well appointed with ample seating areas inside and out. Love the tropical feel/view and easy access to the canal and kayaking! Definitely would’ve enjoyed staying another week or two. Great kitchen fully stocked with everything, your heart desires , Gas stove top -coming from Chicago we appreciate that- and plenty of space for baking/cooking. Area is a little gritty but the neighbors were extremely friendly, and this location is close to everything fabulous! Definitely recommend!!

Sadly all good vacations have to end and our time at the Floridian has been one of the best ever. The house is ideal and its location by the waterside is just amazing. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for more. We particularly appreciated the tropical deck and pool where we spent many a happy hour during our stay. Good also to meet with David from Fort Lauderdale Stays who popped in to say hello on our first week. We will be back for sure.

The Floridian was as perfect as you can get. The pool was so warm and private. The house had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy. Although the pool was my favorite spot, opening the screened sliders in the living room and feeling the breeze was heavenly. We didn’t turn the air conditioning on once ! The landscaping and night lighting made you feel like you were in the Caribbean. Super clean house and everything was ten minutes away including the beach, Las Olas Blvd and every store you could ever need. I can’t wait to try one of their other rentals.

This house and the management are as close to perfect as you can get. The house is amazing. Love the pool, the canal view, the different hang-out spots outside, the fact that everything works and everything is so well kept and taken care of. I have to congratulate you on being able to keep a gorgeous home in great condition month after month and year after year of being rented. We are looking forward to renting from you again. Anybody staying at The Floridian will be very happy and impressed with their choice. The house is definitely home away from home.

This is a very nice property in a great location. It has a very comfortable family room and kitchen, which makes it easy (for us and our pups) to adjust quickly and feel at home. The outdoor seating and dining areas are great. The pool itself is very inviting and it is heated to perfection. We stayed in this property this past November, and since then, the additions of a Keurig coffee machine, a wireless office printer, and kayaks to rent were nice and certainly appreciated. I would suggest replacing the mattress (and pillows) in the master bedroom to improve the overall comfort level. We have stayed at other properties that are not managed by Fort Lauderdale Stays, and honestly, there is no other property management company like Fort Lauderdale Stays - not even close! The level of detail to ensure guest comfort is impeccable, nicely appointed, well stocked with detergents, towels, silverware, garbage bags, glassware, etc. We are loyal/repeat customers.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Great floor plan, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful views and the outdoor space is amazing. Loved morning dips and boys loved fishing in the canal. Next time, we’ll try the canoes!

We booked this house for April vacation (school vacation week 2022). The house was incredibly clean and had all the appointments needed for a week away including beach stuff, pool stuff, anything you need for eating / drinking, laundry, an office area etc.. etc.. it’s a fully setup house! The property managers were very responsive and even got us a child gate, pack and play and high chair for us to use during our stay (including a little sheet for the pack and play). We have a 18 month old so one thing I missed form the images was a small step down into the tv area and the proximity of the pool deck to the canal, we were easily able to block these areas off though with the ample amount of furniture in the house so our little one had no problems falling down in these areas, he even learned how to get up and down the step to the tv area safely during our trip!! Also the pool is absolutely perfect for a toddler (and adults), it has plenty of shady areas in the morning (since its an L shape) but has sunny spots you can relax on a pool float when your toddler is down for a nap, additionally it has this area when you walk into the pool that's shallow enough for a 1-2 year old to hang out by themselves which our little one LOVED! The location is a little further from the beach than I thought, and it was only really an issue during rush hour though coming back from the beach, so we adjusted when we left the beach after our first afternoon heading back to the house. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again! Thank you for a great trip!

This home was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with a yummy welcome basket which was much appreciated after our long drive. The home was well equipped with cooking utensils and a nice sized kitchen. We really enjoyed the outside space, especially enjoying having the canal right outside the patio. The large sliding doors that allowed the outside in were also a nice feature. Our host was very helpful and responsive if we had questions. If you like pickelball there are multiple places to play within walking distance or a 20 minute drive to Pompano Beach. Look forward to coming back.

We had a great time visiting our granddaughters from California . The home had a Tommy Bahama feel and was immaculate. Kitchen was well stocked and supplied and the BBQ grill was perfect for all of our meals. I will be recommending to a friend who is coming to Fort Lauderdale in a few months.
