Mostly updated unit with unobstructed beach views. As others have stated, road is fairly busy, road noise isn't an issue in unit, but crossing to the beach can be a bit of a headache. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and businesses.

My family of five was very comfortable in this stunning updated condo. Parking was amazing, communication with the owner was first class. Lots of extras that most places don’t have like black chairs, volleyball and football, pool noodles, umbrellas, beach cooler and plenty more. Beautiful kitchen and such a nice welcome pack in the kitchen and washrooms including soaps, dishwater pod, laundry pod for first load, dish soap and shampoo and conditioner. Extra garbage bags for kitchen and bathroom, I could honestly go on it was perfect for a family getaway. Thank you Terry and co.

The condo was nicely decorated and appliances upgraded. Location was walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable. All correspondence was in a timely manner. Nice view. Only drawback was the road very busy, but still enjoyed staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Anna Maria Island. The condo is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Our host Terry was outstanding! We would definitely recommend dining at the Ugly Grouper. We ate dinner their twice and the food was amazing. Overall it was a great week and we will certainly be back to visit again soon.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Great owner with regular communication, clean property, outstanding location.

Great experience. Had trouble opening the email with the instructions on getting in but that was an error on my side. We contacted the property owner and her responded immediately. We had a great view of the ocean. Directly across the street!! We would rent this place again in a heartbeat

We stayed in #102 unit, and we woke up to see the ocean, and at night we could watch the sunset. It is a very nice location and very nice condo. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the morning on the balcony. The pool was very nice, and the ocean was right across the street. Perfect, would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The best part of the location was that it was across the street from the beautiful beach. Terry was also very responsive and accommodating.

Overall this was an excellent property in a great location for our stay. I just had a couple nitpicking things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. The condo is in a great location within walking distance or very short drive to good restaurants, beach, shops, etc. The pool was nice and warm and well maintained also. Sitting on the deck at night listening to the gulf while having a drink was also nice. My only suggestions are these: The water pressure in the master bath shower renders it almost useless. The other bathroom however had great pressure so we just used that one. The WiFi network that was provided was not available for the duration of our stay. (Obviously not a big deal). The TV’s are smart TV’s but the remotes were not provided to use any streaming apps for the family as we wound down at night. (Again, obviously not a dealbreaker just a suggestion).

We really enjoyed our stay at Bradenton Beach! Everything in the condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, which is very important to me! Terry also checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. The beach across the street is beautiful, and not too busy. We loved being able to see it from the windows and balcony! We had perfect weather while there, so we enjoyed the beach and sunset every day. The road is a little busy, but it was not hard to cross over to the beach. We found that often cars would stop to let us cross. Very friendly island! We enjoyed the neighborhood of Bradenton Beach as well, and we walked around most evenings. There are many restaurants to choose from. Another thing we really appreciated in this condo, were the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys we were able to use. When traveling this is so important to us to not have to buy these items, or try to bring them along. Thanks for a great stay!

The traffic on the street was noisy at time.

This is a well maintained condo with all the amenities and space we needed for a family of four. Right across the street from the beach made for easy access and nice views from the screened porch. Beach area had great sand and was never crowded. The street is pretty busy though, so the noise detracted a little from the porch sitting experience. Lots of beach gear provided with the unit was a nice touch - others staying in the same complex didn’t have that and had to buy chairs, etc. Kitchen/laundry appliances are nice and new. The two things that would’ve been nice were a Keurig machine for coffee (there is a standard coffee maker) and a gas grill specific to the unit (there is a charcoal grill for the complex but the relative inconvenience resulted in Us never using it). Several good restaurants in walking distance (our favorites were Beach House and Wicked Cantina). Activities were easily booked through a third party the condo owner put us in touch with (highly recommend the Craigcat boats and Segway tours). The Bridge Street area had a lot going on, but we found it a little rough around the edges. The Pine Ave. area seemed more our speed based on trips we made up there. Getting around the island is pretty easy though, so we didn’t feel isolated to one spot. Overall we had a good time, and the condo was just as advertised and provided a nice home base.

The condo is updated, beautiful and very clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The condo is located near shopping, restaurants and a trolly stop. The traffic and music can be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time in Bradenton and I feel like we hit the jackpot. My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week. It was very roomy and could’ve easily had 2 or 3 more people stay! Beautifully updated and super clean. Management in constant communication which was wonderful. We feel like Terry really cares and wants to help in any way he can. Location was great, we walked to several restaurants. Loved sitting on the balcony at night. Loved seeing the ocean out of your window. Parking is great, loved the keyless entry pad.

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful, super clean, and had amazing views. The location was perfect and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The beach across the street was great, quiet and relaxing. We actually saw a Manatee while we were swimming. I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was just beautiful and sparkling clean, and just as described. The location is great--right across the street from the Gulf, with a balcony facing it so we could witness the spectacular sunsets from the condo. Publix was right down the road, which was great, and there are a few restaurants close by that we walked to easily. The parking was covered and spacious. Terry was great, always available during the time leading up to our stay and while we were there. I would definitely recommend this condo! We could listen to the surf all night long. We had a wonderful time

Great condo-just like pictures. There is a road between condo and beach. Had trouble with AC when first arrived and if not for that would rate stay very high. Terry did do his best to have AC repaired. Great location in Bradenton Beach-easy walk to all restaurants, bars, and activities. Would rent again.
