It's right on the beach!! Good price for rooms and coldest beers.. helpful and friendly staff. Would have stayed longer if there was an ATM, or could pay by card anywhere in Las peñitas.

The location was perfect and the receptionist was nice and helpful

Unfortunately the place is old and dirty...the shower was clogged , the rooms dirty and mice were running above our head in the ceiling ... this place needs to refreshen up ..

I stayed here several years ago when it was in a lot better shape and more well taken care of and it was really the location that it appealed to me from back then . I wanted to return this time with my partner in order to hopefully enjoy the same Stay that I had enjoyed several years back. Even though the place is rubbled down a bit now it is still a good spot to enjoy a great sunset and have a cold drink Well doing so.

The bathroom was so dirty that I had to borrow cleaning stuff and scrub it myself. The cook and I think he is also the owner's son sat outside of our room leaning against the wall on a chair almost every day and played games on his cell phone which ruins your privacy if you are in the room at the time

The potential of the place is huge, I think it's seen better days needs some tlc

Great location, exactly in the beach in the center of Las penyatas.

Poorly maintaned, some things weren't clean, no door to the toilets

The location is perfect. The price is right too. The restaurant has pretty cheap prices also.

Rooms are outdated. The beachfront rooms too hot during daytime hours. The water in bathrooms depends on a tank being filled. So not there constantly.

The location is just great and the outdoors are very comfortable.

The rooms were poorly equipped, the bathroom was in bad condition and the toilet had some sort of oxide stain that did not make me want to use it.

Wonderful place

The food was great and the view of the ocean was amazing and great swimming and surfing.

The sink didn't work and wasn't fixed. Water most of the time was a trickle. I do realize its a tropical climate but the scorpion didn't help.
