The best area in the island. The accomodation is pretty cozy. The ocean view is unbelievable. The best point is dring a local beer on the terrace :) The host (Nicola) is a really nice, and helpful guy.

Price Terrace

Hello everyone, I don’t know why this place has a 9 rating on booking but it’s wrong. This is a 7, optimistically a 7.5. People please keep it real when you post a rating. It doesn’t have internet. It has wifi but internet doesn’t work. Contacted the property administrator he said is something temporary. I’m sure it’s not. He didn’t really care. So if you travel and work and need internet, stay away. Seen a cockroach inside and the portal is ugly.

Location was good and the apartment although small was tastefully decorated and was equipped with all pots pans and utensils for self catering. Close to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely sea view. Perfect to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine! Nice sun terrace at the back with sun loungers and access to washing machine. Nicola was very good and picked us up and dropped us at the airport. Thank you

Too small and about 20 steps up to the apartment with no lift not good if you have knee or breathing problems.

This Apartment is within a building with approx 4/5 other apartments and borders between Play Las Americas and Adjege (7 minutes walk either direction). The Promenade is only a 3/4 minute walk away where you have easy access to an abundance of Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. The Large Commercial Centre is about a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction with a short hill to climb on the way there. The apartment we were allocated served our needs very well. It was a 20 sqm Double Room with a kitchenette and sitting area, large Bathroom with Shower and a Balcony from which clear views of the sea could be had. Laundry facilities were available. There was a beautiful Patio/Garden to relax, eat or take a drink in if you wished. The Management here were excellent and extremely helpful. Overall a really pleasant stay, Thank you Jessie !
