Close to beach, and great beach views from condo.

Terry was super responsive when we had questions or needed some assistance. The layout of the condo worked very well for our group of 4 adult siblings and spouses. Kitchen was very nicely stocked, including a toaster oven, air fryer combo. The view from the deck is fantastic.

We loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and is in a great location just a few minutes walk from tennis courts and the beach. The pool is just a few minutes farther, but a pleasant walk. And since this is on the third floor, the ocean view was great!

This was a great condo for our family. It’s an easy walk to the beach and short drive to the pool. Terry was really easy to communicate with and the condo was just as advertised. We plan to come back again next summer!

We absolutely loved Terry’s property! We were there with a group of 10 people and it had plenty of space! A bathroom for every bedroom! A huge balcony with a great view! Great location! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We will definitely return! Thanks Terry 😊

This was our second time staying here in this condo. A lot to celebrate with family this year and what a perfect place to stay. The weather, the food and the views could not have been better. We had a few hiccups along the way but our host Terry was always available to talk to and very helpful. The best host ever ! Definitely will be back next year. Lisa B

We loved this condo! Having 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath was fantastic! All the rooms are great size, and the rear deck was roomy with a bar height resin table and 6 bar stools! The condo is on the top floor and the rear deck faces both sunrise and the ocean! I haven't ever been an early riser, but I found myself looking forward to 6am each day to go watch the sunrise on the deck with my coffee! And upon our return from the beach, the deck was shaded and breezy from the ocean breezes for cocktails and late afternoon snacks! The kitchen, dining area and living room areas are laid out well and the condo has 2 access doors to the rear deck. There is a lagoon area to watch the turtles, sea birds and one little 3-foot alligator from the deck as well! There are also 2 tennis courts that now also have pickleball lines and another former tennis court that is now a full-sized basketball court that you can see from the condo! The road goes in a huge circle around the condo complex and we saw people walking for exercise and many kiddo's riding bikes etc. The walk to the beach is 3-4 minutes and it wasn't very crowded during our stay! You can have a golf cart at this condo complex which is rare for condos in OIB. We drove to The Isles access twice and it was nice to have the Tipsy Turtle restaurant as an option for lunch while at the beach! Thank you so much to the Tubb's for sharing your home with us!! We loved the view of this third row property from the deck! You can see the bridge and the beach like you’re right there! But OIB is getting so built up that this won’t be forever we think in a few years it will change. The elevator was great for my elderly parents and the walk to the beach was like two football fields away. The unit was clean and nice. We cooked in a lot so the kitchen could use some serving bowls and a griddle pan. There is a nice beach closet but it needs some cleaning out as there are many broken items like the beach cart. Terry is great at communicating through the rental and answering questions. We did have a huge problem the first day and lost a day as at check out the instruction is to turn the AC up to 80. When we got in at four we turned it down and the unit never cooled off! My elderly parents ages 80 and 85 trying to unpack started to get sick it was so hot! We were in contact with Terry who got an AC technician there at 10:30 pm and Terry had told us to open the windows. We slept with the windows open and bugs got in holy screens. Needless to say it was a sleepless night as it finally cooled down by 4 am! We do appreciate Terry who was great in communication but felt we lost a day and it was stressful for all of us to start our vacation that way. We were hoping to be credited for a lost first day. Also when renters are coming in I don’t think in the hub of summer the instructions should be to turn the AC to 80 as the unit will never catch up.

Absolutely the best ocean view! Wonderful location with close walk to beach or walk/drive to pool. Bedrooms and bed sizes worked really well for us (v.s. The usual twin beds scenario). En-suite bathrooms an added benefit. Appreciated the convenience of having bed, bath and beach linens provided, as well as pack-n-play crib. Four well-loved beach chairs provided. One did not make it through the week. Our apologies Terry. The elevator developed some issues and was inoperable. We reported it to local contact and it was repaired the same day. One suggestion we thought of would be to have the cleaning service text the incoming family when the condo is ready. Make sure front door is latched securely or it may blow open (great breezes). We highly recommend this home and would definitely consider returning. Terry was quick to respond and answered all questions. Thanks Terry for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Our stay at the beach was wonderful! The location of this particular condo is perfect. You can see and hear the ocean. There are ocean views from the main living area and three of the four bedrooms. If you want ocean front without ocean front prices, this condo is the perfect choice! Also, sheets, towels, beach towels and beach supplies are included, just pack your swim suit and some shorts and go!

Condo was great! Super clean, great location! Plenty of sun on the back porch! My 94 year old dad enjoyed the elevator, and so did we! Nice sized bedrooms and baths! Everything was great! We loved it! Thanks again.

Great place. Fabulous location and views

This condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious and clean with lots of bonuses. It was very nice to have lots of cleaning supplies, trash bags, foil, spices ect. on hand to make the stay even more enjoyable. We did have to make our own beds, which was no problem for us, just a heads up for others staying here. The railing was a little wobbly, we did not let the little ones on the patio. We enjoyed the books/ games/ puzzles provided. We put together one of the 1000 piece puzzles to find about 15 pieces missing. It was still fun for us though. We went on the swamp tour that is just a few miles from the condo, we all really enjoyed it! We also drove to Myrtle Beach to spend the day shopping, eating at a seafood buffet, and playing at Dave and Busters. That was alot of fun and the drive seemed really short. The walk to the beach was very short and easy for all our family members, even the littles. We found the beach very clean and also found lots of sharks teeth! Everyone in our party told me to be sure to give a good review for the condo and mention we would definitely stay again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and make new memories with our family!

Property worked perfectly for our family trip

Property was clean and very roomy and comfortable. Great for eight people. Great view of the ocean and very quiet area. Check in and out was easy. Good for a beach trip.

We booked a last minute getaway at this property for my family, and it was exactly what we needed to get away for a few days! The rental was very accommodating and the host, Terry, was very nice and helped with everything we needed.. Love this place and we will be back!

This was a family vacation

Close walk to the beach with a clear view from spacious deck. Good size dining table for sharing meals and playing cards and board games. Plenty of towels and dishes with a lovely living room well furnished. Ocean view from miist windows.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Ocean Isle Beach. Terry was very hospitable and friendly which made the stay even nicer. Our whole family was going to come, but it ended up being just me and my husband. We loved the view from the back deck and enjoyed eating most of our meals out there. It was quiet and enjoyable. There are Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball courts, and a basketball court. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Ocean Isle Beach!

I’ve stayed in many of these condos over the years but this one by far had the best view of the ocean. Plus the place was very clean and equipped. Kitchen was properly stocked with everything you you need for cooking, and Terry has beach equipment to use. Would rent again

Great property with a beautiful view

The stay was great, we are coming back to the location next year. The last day it rained so we cut our trip short..but overall we had a nice time

The condo was comfortable and plenty of space for our group. The ocean view from the deck was the best. Easy access to the beach, though it is a few minutes’ walk. The location on the island was fairly low traffic, which was nice. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed and would certainly consider staying again.

Very clean, great communication with host, was a small issue with air circulation and he was quick to get someone out to fix the problem. Definitely will look into staying here in the future.

Loved our stay! The location is wonderful, we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean views. It was about a 3 min walk to the beach and not too much further to the pool, which was perfect with 5 little kids in tow. The condo was awesome, the pictures don’t do it justice! Terry was great to communicate with, incredibly prompt and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend!

Everything about the Condo was amazing. We stayed there for 8 days. From the moment we contacted Terry, it was a great experience. Terry was available to answer any questions we had, before, and during our stay, and even provided information about the island, and things to do and see.. The pictures don't do it justice. The view is one of the best on the Island. We had plenty of room both inside and outside on the deck . Since we were there over July 4th, we were able to watch the fireworks, (which were on the pie)r, from the condo back deck. Best spot on the island from my opinion. The beach was also easy access from the condo. Although there is a beach access ramp across from the condo, we opted to take the 2 minute drive to the Ocean Isle Beach Club, which had ample parking for cars and golf-carts alive... This not only provided the best access to the beach, but also access to the PRIVATE pool for the Beach Club Members. !!!!! Along with a full service bar and restaurant. Other amenities: From a convenience perspective, the condo is situated on a private / dead-end street so there is little traffic. Each unit has it's own parking slot as well. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. !!!! We would certainly rent this place again when we come back to Ocean Isle Beach. Thank you again to Terry for a wonderful experience.

Great property for families with close proximity to the beach and pool. Beautiful ocean views without the price of oceanfront. Only problem we had was with the a/c in one of the rooms but we had great communication with the property owner. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay. The storage closet had lots of things to use for the beach during the stay. Overall it was a great place for the week with the family.
