Great cost for what you’re getting. Can easily sleep 2+ adults and 2 kids. Great view, easy beach access. Owner was extremely easy to reach. Reached out after 10pm with immediate response and before 8am with immediate response.

Had a very short stay of less than 48 hrs, but great location and lovely beach! Had everything we would need, including an already-made pull out couch for my adult son. I came down to help my son move in to begin his wait for Flight School at NAS Pensacola, so I hope to be back sometime while he is here! I will definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway! A young family of 4 would do nicely here as well.Since the complex is smaller than most in the area, there were fewer people on the beach or by the pool.
While the complex is dated, upgrades are being made. For individuals who are 6’ or over, the kitchen cabinets in the unit are awkwardly low. The elevator is slow, but certainly beats climbing stairs! We enjoyed a relaxing stay and would consider staying here again!

This place was PERFECT! Beach front with fantastic views, convenient to great food, and peaceful! The furniture is all in good condition and comfortable! FANTASTIC WATER PRESSURE!! Tammy was wonderdul to commincate with and made sure our trip was easy as possible!! We hope to be back again!!

This smaller, no fuss complex provided the perfect QUIET Fall getaway. Everything was as advertised with a beautiful view from the balcony and just steps to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and the water was calm and clear turquoise. Saw schools of fish, stingrays and even a pod of dolphins. I didn’t want to leave!

This was our first visit to Perdido Key and both the condo and location were great. We loved the views from the balcony! We also liked that there were fewer people on the beach in this spot. Easy access to shops and restaurants too. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

My husband and I had a few days and decided to head down to the coast and decided on Perdido Key for the less crowded beaches and slower pace. This condo was the perfect place for us! Quiet, clean, safe,, comfortable bed, easy to get to, and a GORGEOUS view from the balcony! We enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony after walking the beach at sunset our first night. We loved our stay and just wish it could be longer.

Our first time in Perdido Key and we loved the condo. It was spacious and nice. The bunk beds are short, so they'd be perfect for smaller kids. Tammy was wonderful and so easy to work with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stellar beachfront location, easy access to unit with adequate carts for moving supplies/luggage in & out & finally, great water pressure! We wanted an affordable beach getaway with a view and this place hit all the points! Fourth floor balcony overlooking the gulf made the sunrise and sunsets just prefect. Cozy and quiet was just what we wanted. Simple accomodations that had everything we needed. Clean bed, eat-in-kitchen, cable/wifi, washer/dryer and seating to relax on. Coffee on the balcony every morning, watching dolphins play in the soft waves warmed my soul. Close to EVERYTHING, we wined and dined and danced every evening. We will be back.

This condo is right on the water - spectacular view of The Gulf!
Very quiet, located near restaurants. Publix is very close if you need supplies. Close by is Perdido Key Seafood - they will
steam seafood while you wait and you can take it back to your condo for dinner. We love doing this! The condo was neat as a pin and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Tammy is an exceptional host - she responds practically immediately and is happy to answer any question. She even left us a welcome gift! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This seems to be an older building but it is in good condition. The owner said she was going to do some work right after we left. Overall, I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had pertaining to the room, and keeping us up to date with hurricane Ian. Easy check-in & out, and within walking distance to some great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo and we will be staying here again.
