The property was well equipped. One of the drawers in the kitchen was not working but we didn't use it. My daughter and I are not used to cooking on an electric stove so we found that challenging. The pool was different. I am not one who likes carpet in the apartments that we rent but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. We did not use the beach equipment provided since we brought our own but I am sure that would make it easier in packing. The condo was decorated well. The communication with the owners was exceptional.

The condo was very clean, neat, and well-decorated. It looked just like the photos. The property owners were very reliable and easy to communicate with. We loved that it was right on the beach with a great view of the ocean!

Very much enjoyed our stay in N Myrtle Beach. The property was extremely clean, had a fantastic view from the large balcony and offered the perfect home for our family of adults + teens.

My family of 6 (4 kids between 3 -10 years) stayed here for our spring break. The condo was as described and fit all our needs. We enjoyed the beach decor and loved being able to enjoy morning coffee, lunch and evening chats on the balcony. Very easy access to beach, loved being able to rinse off at the outdoor rise stations. Kids loved the pools - thankfully they were heated through the end of our stay (April 15). Great location! Truly enjoyed Barefoot Landing and the ease of getting there. Also easy access to Myrtle Beach for a short morning trip. Great restaurants nearby and great access to grocery shopping for being able to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo. Great communication with host. Easy check-in and check-out process. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and not too busy. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next visit:)

The condo had all the comforts of home and made us feel like that’s where we were! The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach was relaxing and enjoyable! We enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub and spent time there daily. We were in close proximity to shopping, great restaurants and fun things to do! The owners were great to deal with and we highly recommend them and their condo! 😊

The North Shore Villas is a perfect size condo building with all the amenities of the high rise monsters but small enough to relax. Lisa and Scott have a beautiful condo obviously maintained with love. We had three couples and everyone had plenty of space.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and as listed. The owners were informative and easy to reach which made the stay less stressful.

My daughters and granddaughter and I had a great stay at North Shore Villas Condo #406. It was just as shown on the VRBO website. It is situated right on the beach, just a very short walk to the beach. Very quiet and the property itself was kept up very nicely. Any questions or problems we had which was minimal was addressed quickly. Found everything we needed in the condo for those nights tha t we stayed in and cooked. My daughters said to book this condo every time we go to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at North Shore Villas! Owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo and appreciated the new flooring and carpet!!! North Shore Villas property is kept very clean and we felt safe there. Beach area was quiet. From the very beginning to the end of our vacation everything went great. Communication with the owners was easy and was even able to check in early at our request and the fee was so reasonable. The condo was very clean and had all the things you need to cook and for the beach. We will be returning for our next family vacation for sure. The property it’s self was very nice, the condo itself was amazing, everything in it that you could ask for and more all of great quality. Very close to the water. It was awesome to cook inside and see the ocean while your doing it! I would definitely recommend. I am going to recommend for friends and family. I hope to be back. Also the owners are quick, nice, understanding and cool.

This was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. Everything looks brand new and the decor was extravagant! The kitchen had every type of glass, dish and pan you could possibly need for cooking. There were games and puzzels for a rainy day. The view was amazing and it felt like home for a week. I didn't want to leave, definitley would go back again! I also got engaged on the beach!!! The condo was excellent, clean, stocked, lovely view and great location in North Myrtle, however, the property was not great. For 3 days work was done above us with constant drilling noise from 10-5. The hot tub was not hot and there were 3 kids using it all week as their personal pool. There is construction next door on a rebuild. None of our issues are anything the condo owner can fix , you may just want to ask about construction prior to booking.

This property was very nice. The room was so nicely decorated & spacious. The ONLY negatives I have is that the master bed hurt my back and I wish that you could see the ocean from the pool area. Other than that, it was PERFECT!

My family and I had a great stay at Lisa and Scott's place. We all haven't seen each other in almost 2 years (for obvious reasons) and this was the perfect place for us to vacation and enjoy our much needed time together. The condo has 3 bedrooms which fit 5 of us perfectly. Each room has its own bathroom (1 bathroom is outside of one of the bedrooms) and all the beds were comfy (I played goldilocks of course). The views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. The balcony is big enough to have all your meals, but we were there in late August so the humidity kept us inside for most of out at home meals. Speaking of meals-a couple restaurants to recommend is Martinis (great Prime Rib) and Clark's Seafood and Chop House (great everything!)-both restaurants are a quick 5-10 min drive. If you are a golf lover, you have tons of choices. We were able to make it out to a different golf course almost every morning and all were amazing. And last but not least-the beach! It's literally right there! (That's all we kept saying). The condo had some great beach toys for us-I even did a little boogie boarding which I haven't done in 25 years! I still got it. Thank you again Lisa and Scott. You were great hosts and always so responsive. We were sorry you weren't around for us to meet you but next time!

I have been coming to NMB my whole life and this was, hands down, the best place I've ever stayed! The condo is beautiful and you can't beat the location. My 4yo LOVED the pool and lazy river and the beach was never crowded. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and the beds are SO comfy! The owners are easy to reach and responded to a minor issue almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this property. Perfect location for a peaceful beach experience. There were plenty of young children for our grandson to play with. We enjoyed the large balcony and all the amenities. The owners were communicative and the unit was well stocked. I give it five stars!

We had a wonderful time and will be staying here again next year
